So I couldnt be home to accept delivery

So I couldnt be home to accept delivery
I left instructions to leave parcel behind the bins!
They didnt
And they didnt tell me where they did leave the delivery
After talking to you, turns out they left the delivery of alcohol next door...to a young lady under 18yrs who isnt called Amy
I look forward to your response
great product ..would be a shame if I couldnt re-purchase, but ..stuff happens

Broken bottles

Order number 27632 I ordered this 24th Feb 26 it arrived 26th Feb 26 just recently opened a box of beers to find 3 bottles broken

Fast delivery

Case came within 2 days all intact, great stuff. Although the customer service could do with a bit of help, emailed the company as I never received a confirmation email upon payment, but received no reply

Thanks for your review, and we're glad everything went well for you regarding the products.

We have checked and a conformation was sent to yourself just after placing your order, however sometimes they can end up in the spam/junk folder unfortunately.

In regards to the no reply, after reading back through our customer enquiries, you had first emailed asking about the conformation email at 10.24am on the 4th, and one of the members of our team replied at 10.36am on the 4th.

I am unsure if your inbox filters out or blocks our emails, as that makes 2 emails that you were unable to see.

If you do order from us again in the future, and you are still having issues getting in contact, you can use the online message feature on our website which will be picked up as soon as possible.

Great range of high quality beers

Great range of beers, particularly from Germany where the quality is superb. Fast delivery by couriers that rarely make breakages, a good service all round that I'd recommend to beer lovers looking for quality that's difficult to find in supermarkets.
