Terrible experience
I purchased several items on Black Friday and was amazed by the savings. However they emailed today to say that the order is cancelled and all items have gone back up to full price.
No explanation or apology given. Shop elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service
I had a really poor experience with The Beauty Crop.
I placed an order where the BOGOF offer didn’t apply properly on their website, which left me confused about my basket. Because of this, I placed a second order and immediately contacted customer service asking to cancel the first one.
Instead of helping, they replied with a copy-paste message saying they “can’t amend or cancel” because the order was “immediately processed” — even though the issue started with their website malfunction, not with me.
They insisted the only solution was for me to pay postage to return items I only ordered because their offer didn’t work.
It’s really disappointing when a brand refuses to take responsibility for their own technical errors, offers no goodwill gesture, and puts the cost and inconvenience entirely on the customer.
I love their products, but after this experience, I won’t be ordering again.
Until they improve their customer service and take accountability, I can’t recommend them.

Hands down the finest cosmetics I’ve ever used and at bargain prices. Please don’t let the low cost put you off - their cosmetics are of the highest quality, longevity and pay off. I’m a 45 year old female but these products make me feel 10 years younger.

best serum ive used on face
best serum ive used on face. leaves my face dewy and hydrated. its also so aesthetically pleasing thats the whole reason i bought it. unique colour and makes you want to use it. hopefully they could bring out other aesthetic colours like purple (blueberry face serum) or peachy, passionfruit serums with their colours.

I had an issue with my order
I had an issue with my order, the post man left my parcel half hanging out my letter box. Once I got home, I couldn't locate the parcel anywhere. I contacted Beauty Crop and dealt with Lucie who has been amazing. All I had to do was sign a form, I was issued a full refund, money off my next order and an apology even though it wasn't their fault. I am very grateful thank you. So impressed with the service x

Top quality at great prices
I’ve recently found the Beauty crop.
I’m really impressed with the quality and effectiveness of products which are all reasonably priced.
I bought a makeup primer and setting spray which do what they promise and the setting spray has a beautiful soft mist. The cleansing balm is a dream, better than a high priced one I used in the past. I love the refillable concept and have already bought refills whilst they are on offer. I’ve just bought some makeup and presents for friends at Christmas. Gem of a find and a U.K. brand.
