Had an issue with my order taking 2 weeks to be dispatched which is understandable given it was Black Friday and Christmas time but I emailed them because I needed the products for Christmas gifts and they were so helpful and sent them out immediately! Amazing customer service x

Firstly The Beauty Crop is my FAVOURITE brand in 2025. I adore all their products they are SUPER inclusive which makes the world of difference and they have the best team! Shiv dealt with my query like an absolute star. She went above and beyond to help and I am eternally grateful! I have been speaking with BeautyCrop and specifically Shiv has massively helped me with the direction of who/where i should direct my messages too- i love this company and the people who work here iv never had a bad experience with- and what they produce to the industry is absolutely fantastic and groundbreaking i have absolutely loved this brand since the first time i ever used it.

I’ve loved this brand since it launched, they make incredible products but what stands out is their customer service - they have sorted an issue out with a different platform selling their brand which they didn’t have to do. Shiv from customer services is so efficient and kind, she sorted everything quickly and with excellent customer care. This alone means I’ve already placed another Beauty Crop order, I know I’m getting amazing products AND amazing service too. Thank you to Shiv!

Just received my package of 25 days of Xmas Black Friday bundle with free gifts. absolutely over the moon with everything. So generous, gorgeous items and beautiful shades. Can’t wait to use everything. Very happy woman today thank you!

I had an issue with the delays due to Tiktoks fulfilment, emailed directly to the Beauty Crop team snd they got it sorted within 24 hours! Amazing! Thank you to Shiv for handling that so well!

Good communication following mixed messages re delivery from Royal mail. Products arrived packaged well. Lovely products to be given as gifts. Really pleased.

Had an issue with an order placed on TikTok not been shipped (TikTok ship out their own orders separate to The Beauty Crops own website). Just found out The Beauty Crop as a gesture of good will are going to send me the order - Lucie was lovely and I'm still shocked at the generosity of the company to sort it out when they will be losing money. Amazing customer service and it is fully appreciated!

I placed an order and it was sent out quickly but I couldn’t understand how to get the little spatula out of the cleanser and so I messaged the company on TikTok and they got back to me instantly! They were so helpful and so kind 🙂. I will be shopping with them again!

Resolved 2 issues with tic tok orders - did not have to as did not order direct through beauty crop. Sending out missing item from tic tok order and delayed dispatch of items ordered 11 days ago on tic tok. Will order direct in future. Quickest reponse to email via customer support. Customer service outstanding. Best i have ever had to deal with and not beauty crop issue, issue was tic tok warehouse!!

I had an issue on another platform, this was at no fault of the beauty crop…..yet they were the most helpful. Cannot fault them in the slightest. They went above and beyond to rectify the issue, which they did not have to as I did not order direct from their website! So thank you very much to the team…..especially Lucie! Big shout out! I received excellent customer service from Shiv today . Sorted out my issue very quickly . Definitely recommend the beauty crop products , me and my 3 girls love them ❤️ .

All the products are amazing, exactly how described. The detail on the packaging always makes you feel like you’re having a luxury experience without the hefty price tag. Customer service is second to none, they can’t do enough for you and will help fix any problems you have, not that there is ever many. I’ve shopped here for years and will continue to do so long into the future also. Definitely a favourite household name about here. Everything is amazing but if I had to recommend to try something first it would 100% be their primers, setting sprays and lip products. Their lipliners are not stains but they last longer than probably most that claim to be. Couldn’t recommend a brand more.

Had an issue with an order and they dealt with it with no issues

Due to buying products through TikTok as a third party, there was a delay to my order through no fault of the beauty crop. I was able to contact their in house customer service team and they were able to ship out my order from their warehouse. I am aware that they did not have to do this but I am extremely grateful that they were able to make an exception! Their in house customer service team is definitely worth shopping direct, and I will do so from now on!
