Love Them

Okay, I’ve seen some negative comments about them, so I wanted to share my experience. This is my first time buying from them, and it was a bit challenging for me to spend the money, but I decided to buy a size 8.

The jeans arrived promptly, and when I opened them, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. They were wonderful! I tried them on, and they fit well, but they were a bit tight. I was wondering if there was anything I could do about the sizing, so I reached out to them.

They were so incredibly helpful and understanding. I explained the situation and that the size I got didn’t fit me as I would have liked. They were very sweet and we went through the process of returning my jeans, which still had the tags.

In return, they gave me a new size. The only issue was that the new size didn’t come in the correct color. However, I’m not biased, and the new size fit correctly. I also love the quality of the jeans. They’re made of thick, true denim material, which is great.

Overall, I had a positive experience with your business. I don’t know what anyone else is talking about. It must have been a few bad batches because both jeans of mine were of high quality.

I ordered 3 dresses for upcoming events…

I ordered 3 dresses for upcoming events and parties. Loved one of them, it was just a little too big. I returned all 3 and exchanged the one I liked for a smaller size, return was easy, exchange and delivery super quick and I received a full refund of the two dresses I didn’t keep.

Return experience

My daughter wanted me to buy a dress online. I’m always weary about buying clothes sight unseen but she couldn’t find one for homecoming that she liked. She ended up sending me a link to thatsofetch. I bought big for her but unfortunately like my worst nightmare, she didn’t want it. I reached out to the company who made it very easy to return the item. I would buy it again from them.

Scam!! Will try to steal your money

I received a faulty dress in my order. I filled out the faulty return form on the website 10 days after I received the full order. In this form I said I wanted to return the whole order as the other items were too short. As per their policy this means I am entitled to a full refund for the entire order as I initiated it within 14 days of receiving it. After filling in the form it said someone would be in touch soon. I never heard back. After 10 days I reached out via the website saying I hadn’t heard back. They contacted me a few days later saying they’d be happy to help and asked for photos of the fault which I had already provided in the form. They claim they didn’t get the form I sent which is funny since I had to upload photos to it and am aware that it said they would contact me shortly after submitting it. Conveniently (for them) they don’t send you a reference number for the return query or a confirmation email to show it was sent so they can pretend they didn’t get it. I have emailed them 5 times since filling out the form asking for details on how to return it. At no point have they sent a returns label despite me asking for this each time. They are quite clearly dragging their feet to try and put me outside of the 30 day return window. It takes them at least 24 hours or more each time to reply and despite asking for a return label 6 times I am still to receive one. In their last reply they said I wasn’t eligible for a full refund on the whole order as it was outside of the 14 days. However I have clearly stated in each correspondence I initiated the return within 14 days of receiving it. Their policy states you need to initiate the return in 14 days which I have. It’s not my fault they didn’t reply to me for almost 2 weeks after I sent the form and now claim to have “not received it. It’s not my fault if their return form doesn’t work properly which I have seen others say it doesn’t. If I do not get a full refund for the entire order I will be raising a complaint with Klarna who will investigate the matter or if that doesn’t work I will be raising a payment dispute with my bank to get a full refund as they are breaching their own returns policy which I have followed to a T. Do not order from them it’s not a legitimate company it’s a scam.

Faulty product - poor service

The dresses I purchased were absolutely not the correct colour, as shown in the images on the website. The pictures online were extremely
deceptive and do not show the true product. Additionally, the dresses were both extremely poor quality, I dont understand how this is not considered faulty. They are advertising a product that
looks nothing like what they are selling which is fraudulent practice. We've seen many similar reviews after conducting some research, it is extremely disappointing that they refused to provide a refund.

Update - 9th October 2025 - The resolution you have offered is not acceptable - given there is an issue with the product we are seeking a full refund and not a credit note/gift card. Please issue a full refund immediately. We have been asking for a full refund since several weeks. The continued disregard of our original refund request is extremely disappointing!

Ordered a dress, wasn’t the best quality for how much it was, sent it back, the company said they emailed a credit note, nothing in my inbox, emailed a couple more times and still nothing. This was the start of the year.

Dress was a really bad design

Dress was a really bad design - ruffle on the side of the dress just looked wrong.
Spent $5.95 on a return and was told i would receive a refund over store credit.
3 weeks after they received the dress back and multiple emails, still no refund and I keep being told to wait another week.
Do not trust this company ! Save your money and time.

Refund Policy

Bought two dresses because with them being shipped we wanted to try more than one at a time for homecoming without them getting here late. Love one and keeping it and returning the other. Not only do they charge $5.99 for the return but they only issue a store credit. Really unsatisfied with this process. At least give me my money back.

Beautiful dress but faulty

I recently purchased a dress that tied up through the back of the dress via studs, these were actually faulty. If it was 1 or 2 I think we would have managed but it was a whole section of the dress and we weren’t happy. After contacting the customer service team via the chat icon they were able to return / exchange via a pre paid postage. The new dress is on its way and the faulty one has been sent back.
I have given 4 stars as the customer service was great, however a 5 star rating for me is the product should have been checked prior to send it out. Maybe the items are packaged and so not wanting to open every piece may cause some overhead with staff, I was happy I could return the dress but since it has sold out we have had to choose another dress.

Shein quality don't recommend

Shein quality don't recommend. Trustpilot why you threatening to not post my honest review because I won't give my phone number and whatever to THATS SO FETCH this is the experience I had with that clothing company Just received my order sitting outside wasn't even told it was here anyone could have just stolen it your quality is absolutely rubbish you are ripping people off with the prices your charging and your shein quality disgusting.  I prefer my money back. Will never order from your low quality store again enjoy my money I wasted frauds. AND OBVIOUSLY I AINT THE 1ST.

Horrible

Horrible.
Order hasn’t even been shipped out and they could not offer me a refund or cancel my order. Girls don’t order from here don’t trust the good reviews I wish I listened to the bad ones.

Do not buy as you do not receive your refund

Was looking for dresses for my birthday weekend, had ordered from numerous online stores which these other stores have been amazing and would highly recommend them.
That’s so fetch, not so much! I asked their team prior to refunding if a refund was an option which they had said yes (given they prefer to opt for a credit note or exchange first). I opted to be refunded as this would be processed when the items are shipped back to their team. Perfect! Filled out a returns label via their online form and did not receive a label so obviously reached out. Then they said they couldn’t refund the items. Now Im having to go back and forth with their online team and have tried following up a number of times to have this finalised as my messages get seen and not replied to. Was then told I could have a half refund and half credit note

Absolutely disgusting service, I’ve asked twice for a direct number to call to have this resolved

Do not buy unless you’re willing to exchange or credit note even though you get confirmation for a refund first. Trust me there is so many other stores you can buy from online that are delightful to shop with

Amazing customer service ❤️

Ordered a dress at last minute for my best friend’s wedding and immediately panicked when I realized that I didn’t check off “express shipping”! Emailed customer support and received a response literally minutes later! Wasn’t expecting staff to notify that they went ahead and changed my shipping to express as a kind once-off! Customer service is 10/10 and I can’t wait to receive my item! :) will order again!

Totally incompetent

I entered my delivery address correctly and their courier delivered it to the wrong address (whole different zip code) albeit in the same city I was. I reached out and had to basically write a billion back and forth emails to them explaining my situation and how the fault wasn’t on my end but on the couriers (as i entered my delivery address correctly). I even provided multiple screenshots to prove this. Finally, they offer me redelivery. I send them my address, the correct address. They repeat the address back to me in an email, asking me to confirm. It was the correct address. I come to find that they entered in the wrong address into their system, and my package was delivered to a city in a whole different state. Similar address, different state, different zips. After i CONFIRMED the correct address to my state. Like mind numbingly incompetent seriously. And when I emailed them about this I got radio silence. Do not buy from them.
