Everything was terrible quality and fit, then if that's not bad enough the return system is so horrific its not even worth sending them back. Which is obviously their business model to prevent returns all together.
So now I'm stuck with 300€ of the ugliest dresses I've ever tried on. Save your money, shop somewhere else
I was doing a refund and was sent an email for a return shipping label and it said it was attached to the email below but it wasn’t there. Live chatted for assistance and it was solved in matter for minutes. Sent me the refund label both via email and via chat so I definitely get it. Fast, efficient and helpful!
Very poor customer service. I was sent a defective dress as confirmed by their team. The customer service refused to pay for the shipping label return and each time came up with different excuses why they could not refund the cost. It was only 13 dollars, it was not about the money but the principle. I asked for a replacement and this proved difficult as well after a couple of days I was fed up and ended up asking for a return due to the hassle and inconvenience.
The team members didn’t even bother reading my emails properly and would respond without addressing the issues.
Do not purchase from them!

Terrible quality
I ordered a dress last year for my daughter, it arrived with a broken strap, I contacted showpo but received no response, as the event was close I gave up and paid to have the dress repaired and the other strap reinforced.
Fast forward a year, we needed another dress and much to my dismay the only one she liked was again from showpo. It arrived intact however half an hour into the event, while sitting, the strap broke, exposing everything, extremely embarrassing for a teenage girl.
I wouldn’t recommend, to have this happen once could be considered bad luck, twice is just very poor quality not to mention lack of customer service.

This company is basically a scam…
This company is basically a scam designed to take your money. The clothes are overpriced and poor quality in my opinion. IF you wish to make a return, you better do so immediately otherwise you are stuck with store credit for a crappy store and you have to pay for shipping both ways so you will be losing money either way. I would advise looking elsewhere as this company SUCKS.

Terrible returns policy
Terrible returns policy! After 7 days can only get store credit. For an online only shop this is terrible. Also the larger sizes aren't scaled correctly to fit larger bodies.

Good customer service
The dresses are very low quality, definitely for how expensive they are. And even more when you have to pay high taxes to Europe for example. But the customer service was really good, I chatted with someone and they helped me really good with a few items I wasn't happy about. I got a total refund.

Horrible customer service. I made a return and was prompted through the live chat conversation that I would receive a full refund but never did. It's a trap and you only get store credit.

Awful
Wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible returns policy. Want me to pay £20 postage on top of what I paid to receive it. Even though the postage to me cost much less. And the quality of clothing was terrible. Don’t waste your money!

Customer service is stellar
Customer service is stellar! I needed to locate an invoice for past purchase, and as annoying as that was, Den, the representative I was working with, was so kind, patient, and understanding. Other than having great clothes, I'll continue to shop here, but customer service goes above and beyond.

Excellent Customer Service! - Quality Dresses!
I recently had difficulty getting in to my account, possibly because my email app was older. The live agent was able to help so quickly and simply! No fuss at all. They quickly helped with my questions about order tracking once I got in to my account, too. I have bought a couple dresses from this site and loved them. I just ordered 10 dresses for my bridesmaids and am so excited for them to arrive!

They call themselves Customer Happiness??
Astounded at the lack of customer happiness actually. I had a product that I returned within the window. I sent it back in my own packaging and Australia post envelope and have been refused a refund. They have agreed that as I sent it that way, I wouldn’t have been able to “opt” (nor did I see it) on the packing label my preference but they did the credit by default and said I couldn’t get my money back. In this financial climate and in this instance where the service guy said “oh you wouldn’t have selected it then” to just say too bad and hold my money is disgusting.
This is an internal system error they can fix. They are refusing. There is no way I want to ever shop with Showpo again. The two agents were so unfriendly and unhelpful. Just a money grabbing business. Def lost a customer in me!
Many ecomm businesses make it so easy and nice to return and exchange. Not these guys

I had a return on the way via Australia post and needed to buy something at Showpo for an event and wanted to use the credit.
