The dresses I bought were nice, but I had to return one of them as it didn't fit me. I then discovered that to return an item I had to send it from the UK to Australia and pay out of pocket. Not only is this a very expensive return (£18 tracked) for the customer, it is incredibly wasteful for every single return to be sent individually around the world. If a retailer insists on making one return a parcel to the other side of the world, they should at least foot the bill.

DAMAGED DRESS!
Ordered a dress for my wife which arrived with a ‘pull’ in the fabric. After sending pics and numerous emails they decided the fabric wasn’t damaged!!! Absolute nonsense. I was advised of a return (at my cost) or to snip it off (and wait for it to unravel!). This company pretend to be caring and helpful but offer no customer service whatsoever. If fabric is DAMAGED, it’s DAMAGED!
Stay well aware or read others on here also!
*To follow on from the reply by Showpo, they have contacted me by email and pushed out exactly the same response as previously mentioned! Stay away, they’re not worth it!

Terrible returns process
Terrible returns process.
There was no indication that this company is based in Australia until I came to returning part of my order, not only the cost of returning to Aus but when I did my chosen courier deemed it 'unsafe' to deliver and could not find a location to leave it. Leaving me without a refund and frustrated by the constant chasing. Will not be shopping here again and would recommend others to swerve too!

Terrible!
Showpo’s returns process is actually infuriating. I work at another online boutique so I’m familiar with returns processes however, theirs is incredibly frustrating. Furthermore, my return was subsequently rejected because it had a few hairs on it!! Their customer service has been terrible. I won’t be shopping here again as this experience has significantly tainted my customer experience.
UPDATE: They ended up short-changing my refund by over $70! I had to reach out to them againnnn to have it sorted. This has been a nightmare! Run run run.

Ordered two dresses in two different…
Ordered two dresses in two different sizes hoping one of them would fit my growing body (currently 7 months pregnant). Unfortunately, I did not size up enough and neither of them fit. While waiting for a refund for the two dresses, I reached out to the customer service team as it had been a few days, and I was eager to place another order hoping it would arrive in time for my maternity photos. The customer service was able to expedite my refund for the returned items and I've since purchased a new size. Which means it will arrive in plenty of time before my photos.

Do not buy from them. I’ve bought items from showpo before but they’ve gone down hill. They are absolutely terrible with returns. I returned a dress that I got a month ago and have yet to receive a refund. The worst part is that I’ve emailed them and they won’t give you any information on when to expect your refund, just that the carrier is delayed. Which I’ve tried to be understanding because mail carriers are struggling right now. But they’re offering no timeline for the refund. This dress was $96 so I’m irritated that I have to sit here and wait so long to get MY money back. Maybe I’ll get a refund tomorrow or maybe I’ll get one in 2 months, who knows! They sure don’t. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I will never shop here again and suggest that you don’t either.

Horrible company. Cheap clothes sold at higher prices.
I paid 20$ to have expedited shipping: it came quickly but the clothing material for one of the dresses was so cheap and I had paid nearly 100$ for it. The other dress was nice but was too big and I wanted to send it back and get a smaller size. It’s very off putting when you have to pay to receive a return label after you’ve already paid for expedited shipping and will then be having to pay to have an exchange sent AND you have have to print out your label- not like you can just send a barcode or something convenient for us having to pay that 15.95- no we have to further inconvenience ourselves and print it out. On top of that a nearly 100 dress feels like it’s from SHEIN. How cheap are you Jane Lu? What a horrible company.

Poor quality but you must pay to return item
I've bought a dress, on the website items are without tax, so 20€ more on the final Bill but I accepted it and pay it.
Dress received yesterday, my first look was poor quality, color is not the same. I create a request to make a return and i discover i need to pay for return 😲😲
not my fault if the quality and color are 💩, so I loose 15€ with shipping (i knew it) but I also must pay to return it 😡

1st time ordering a $160 dress. Came here looking like the photos.
Had to get a dressmaker to fix it urgently as it was for a wedding that happened that weekend.
Had to pay her $160 as she was $40 an hour. And still couldn't wear it as it kept on breaking... So got a dress at the OP shop. They will only give me %50 credit back 🤬
