It was implied that the item had a calibration certificate, which on receipt it didn't thus had to be returned. Secondly the website said it had stock then delivery was expected to be 2 months and was then delivered in about 3 weeks.

Thanks for your review.
I can see that this was your first order with ourselves and you may not be aware of how our website works. If an item is in stock, this is clearly indicated by a green "In Stock" banner near the pricing. On the product which you purchased, it is showing "typically 1-2 weeks" when you go into the options section.
In regards to the calibration certificate, if products are supplied with these from the manufacturer, then our website will indicate this. The manufacturers datasheet was also available for review on our website and this shows what the product is supplied with.
Hopefully this information helps should you choose to purchase from us again, however, as you've mentioned, our Sales Team are always available for a chat for anything you may be uncertain about.

Quick to take money and ship after 3 weeks
Took forever to send me my goods. If the item was to be sent directly from the manufacturer why not explain this prior to taking my money? Waited over 3 weeks to receive something you claimed to be in stock.

I've taken a look at your order which was for a Rothenberger product and was placed on the 16th of April.
This part would not have been showing in stock on our website as it's something we order in when requested. For your reference, when something is in stock our website will show a green "in stock" banner near the pricing. If that is not there, it's either on back order or as in this instance, something we would order in for you.
The part then arrived to us from the manufacturer on the 27th of April (7 working days) and was shipped out to yourself that day from ourselves, not the manufacturer.
Our apologies that you feel the service provided was far from professional. We are always available to speak with by phone or email where assistance is required.
