40m Inspection Camera
I ordered two 40m inspection camera units last week. standard delivery (3 days) and both units were delivered the following day, well packaged and with no issues.

Excellent price for the 2 parts ordered. As one was ex-stock and one was not, they kept me up to date every 3 days and then still managed to get both parts to me earlier than originally forecast. A very good experience on how customer service should be done.

Only and I mean the only reason was…
Only and I mean the only reason was that I had to wait for the stock to come in before it could be dispatched, this wasn’t conveyed to me when ordering, however I was emailed to this effect after and as specified in the email I was updated every 3 days until it was dispatched. I’ve now received my order. If the website had specified it was out of stock with an “email me when in stock” prompt I’d of ordered then otherwise the who process was fine and great communication.

Order my new Megger X1 over the easter bank holiday weekend, it arrived before midday on the Wednesday, first used it on the Friday, one of the grabber clips broke, I emailed the customer service and they had a replacement clip sent out which arrived the following morning! Cant beat that for a service. My only critique would be when going through the ordering process there was a £35 optional extra for a calibration certificate, firstly when spending £1600 that should be in the pack as standard, anyway, I didnt opt for it but when I opened it up the was a calibration certificate from Megger anyway so would have spend £35 for nothing. Thanks for a great service 👍🏻

Reference the calibration certificate, the £35 gets you a certificate dated when you purchased it and in your company name, some companies require this rather than the manufacturer produced once which is from the date it was manufactured.

Good Temperature Gauge
I have made a Hot Water Solar Panel which sits on my bathroom roof an it works when the Sun is shining but I did not know what the actual temperature was coming into the Solar collector cylinder which then transfers to our domestic hot water cylinder but if its only 12degrees hot that is gas I do not have to pay for so I need to log the incoming temperature
