Do not buy from this company! I ordered "Aphmau plushies" as Christmas gifts on November 30, expecting quality items. Despite the company claiming a UK address, the order came from China and took 17 days to arrive. The plushies were fake, stiff, and poorly made—completely unacceptable as gifts. I deeply regret not checking reviews before ordering. Avoid this deceptive seller!

No chance of any contact regarding a refund. The company has been dissolved.

I would not use them. Purchased something 1-1/2 years ago and despite numerous requests they never delivered the product. Then Pamela said she would refund it and this never happened. Criminal exchange as I paid for something and got nothing.

If I could give zero I would. I requested a refund on the 31st Oct. Roll in almost two weeks later (nite their return policy is only two weeks) and I’ve not received any confirmation the refund has been acted. I will be contacting the ombudsman. I DO NOT recommend.

My wife ordered a Halloween costume for our little daughter on 1st October - it had not arrived so chased again Oct 10th. Another few days passed and we received a tracking number from them that did not seem to exist on Royal mail. The party passes on October 26th and still no delivery so we were forced to buy an alternative. Teeny bumps where short with their reply to our emails and not very apologetic - despite us having to do the chasing at each stage.

A very poor service and they refuse to provide a refund when we requested one now that keeping the costume was pointless.

Scam, never sent my item.

Don’t by anything from this shop paid 26 pound for a dress didn’t receive it and sent numerous messages no reply so basically they are con artists

Ordered beginning of September for a beautiful dress however shock! It ain’t come and no confirmation to say it’s out for delivery! Will never order from this site again and will make sure no one else does! It’s a disgusting company, scam… stay clear from this website!

This must be a scam. I ordered months ago and it never arrived. I've emailed several times and no response :(

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered the 60cm elephant pillow as a birth gift for my new grandchild due in December. I ordered this on the 14th August, company took my money and said would email me with delivery dates. I’ve heard nothing from the company, I have contacted them and no reply. Tried again to get in touch and it seems the company now longer exist. Obviously said goodbye to my £30. How can companies like this get away with cheating so many people, so angry.

As is the case with many other reviews here, order never arrived after months and many desperate emails were never followed up, the order never compensated for or carried out. Extremely disappointed as I ordered an anniversary gift from here that never arrived.

I had ordered from this company before (twice), although over a year ago, and both times the package arrived (but was quite late). However, this time around, the package is nowhere to be seen, and it's been 3 months. I have chased numerous times with no response. I can't another way of contacting them, other than email, and so I'm resigned to the fact that I'm not getting my order or my money back. I should have paid heed to the comments on here, but thought it would be OK as I had had success with them in the past. However, seeing these comments, I'm now convinced this is a scam. Stay well away- it's just not worth it.

I had checked that this company had good reviews and it did, so I ordered. My item didn't show and I emailed chasing. I got a very speedy reply offering a replacement or refund. But I replied and no response, I have tried 4 times and nothing. I came back here to see the rating had gone down and a note to say fake reviews have been removed.
Don't order from this company, it's not worth the risk.

Same story as others..... Order never arrived.. got told to expect refund.. never arrived and they have since ignored all my messages! Stay well away!

Absolute scam this website never got the item 6 months after they replied said they would send again still not received asked for a refund and guess what not answering emails AVOID!!
