Order placed 16th July confirmation…

Order placed 16th July confirmation order on the way! Have tried several times emailing - no response. Wish I had read reviews before ordering, my granddaughter patiently waiting for this to arrive seems highly unlikely now.
Very disappointed and cross these kind of people can operate a business with out any repercussions

Scam Company

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering, paid for an item they didn't arrive, tracking shows it was never shipped, customer services ignore all emails.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !! This is a scam company. They never ship your order, they never reply to your emails. I had to ask for a chargeback from my bank to get a full refund. DISGRACEFUL

As others have experienced I bought the product received confirmation and a shop link to track it and then nothing and the order in shop has disappeared. Never order from this comlany it must be a scam.
