Bad. Would not use again

If I could give NO stars I would. Took my money, never got my order, email does not exist so no response when i contacted them. Bought an alternative birthday present for my Grandson elsewhere. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Remove from the Internet please!!

I would leave a zero but had to add a 1 star to write this review. I bought a Laboubou for my daughter on the 6 August. No communication on when this is arriving and her birthday is this Sunday. I have left messages but no response. Avoid them!

I ordered a Labubu yesterday.... I have no hope of it arriving. How i wish I had read the reviews earlier. The email bounces back. This website should be taken down as it is not a legitimate business. I will be calling my bank in hope to revoke this payment.

Ordered on the 17th July, says delivery would be within 14 days. A month later and still no sign of it. The contact email doesn't work. No phone number. Tried the chat on the website and it just says the order has been fulfilled when it hasn't! Wish I had read the reviews before ordering!

Order never arrived. There is not a contact number. The only email provided does work, it says it 'address is not found'. Lost my money. Should have checked this reviews before.

Wish I read the reviews before ordering. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and there is still no sign of it! They say ''email us and we will get back to you'' but it's rubbish as the email just bounces back. I am so cross. Is there no regulator for this?

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a product on 30th March and still haven't received it. My emails go unanswered so am assuming I am not going to get it. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE

I ordered an item which never arrived and I made multiple contacts with them to no avail I would never recommend this company as according to companies house UK this company isn't trading as supposed to have closed down last year I will be contacting my bank to get a refund as this company has ignored multiple emails

I ordered a Tutu for my toddler and nothing has arrived, I have emailed them twice to say so - they are a sham company. The headquarters are not far from where I live so going to send my husband around to speak to someone. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
