The support staff are very helpful
The support staff are very helpful and answer all questions. Questions sent by what's app and replied in a prompt manner. I have also ordered and received the weighing scales for a person and food. It came the very next day so there was no delay in stating the Team RH plan. As a 40 something menopausal woman, I thought ai was going to be fat forever but Team RH gives me hope. Let's do this!!!

Very concise app, easy to navigate and use. Plenty of hints and tips. Access to coaches for guidance. This app in my opinion is much better that MyFitness Pal. Cost of it is excellent compared to others for what you get.

Great in app support and brilliant food diary
I was looking for some incentive to continue my weight loss and needed a decent food tracker, I’d been a member of team RH a while back and saw an advert for their food tracker app so with a wee discount flashed at me I jumped at it. The apps pretty self explanatory and easy to navigate through.The team are there help you and so is the members group. Ultimately I just needed to track my food better and see the areas of my diet that I need to work on and the app is brilliant for that. I used my fitness pal before however using team RH app has a better layout and comes with team support.
