I cant believe im losing more weight on team RH than I an useing munjaro ive just got to get into the habit of eating more calories even if it means having one day of my favourite food Long as it stays in the calories I am so happy I was directed by friends to join. First I was hesitant I would definitely recommend to anyone. Its simple to follow and im not a bright spark with understanding things thanks team rh....brilliant 😀

8 weeks in 17lbs down. Don't listen to people who say you need a magic supplement or a quick fix. It's not true Team RH has changed my life no rubbish. Follow it and commit. Get off your butt and do your steps. Eat decent food and most of all learn about the nutrition. This app and the knowl she that has gone into it is easy to follow. Extremely reasonable price 4x cheaper than. Slimming world and loads better. I would recommend this to anyone.

Well worth the money
Well worth the money, I’d happily pay this just for the food tracking,
It’s very easy to navigate and very informative with loads of information such as recipes, fitness ideas and simplified explanations on macro’s and loads of tips and ideas on how to achieve them easily.
You get access to the Team RH members group which is only accessible to members and is a great support group with loads of ideas and tips as well.

The one diet app that really works!!!
The set up was easy and the diet really works. I like how easy the app is to use and I really enjoy the inspirational meals.
I didn't realise I could eat so much food (the right ones and healthier choices as to be expected) and lose half a stone already. I'm so full and feel satiated. Defiantly recommend this, it's helped make my auto immune issues easier to manage and my over all day less painful with having lost weight.

If you want to lose weight, JOIN, you won’t regret it!
I joined Team RH a year ago and have lost 54lbs. I have just subscribed for a second year. It took a little while to get used to tracking every calorie I eat and weighing myself every day but it has become second nature now. Their database of foods is second to none. I also enjoy following their social media channels which combine a lot of good advice with a large degree of humour mixed in. At £79.99 for an annual subscription it’s a bargain compared to other Apps or classes run by other slimming organisations. Coaches are also available for one to one advice or information. Can’t recommend this organisation enough.
