Team RH is a great app, tbh I'm not great at the moment but life is lifing at the moment lol. However it's keeping me at maintenance and stopping me from gaining at the moment which for me is massive. I will start using it properly when I get in a better position but when I was using it properly it worked like a charm. They know what they're talking about, and have helped me massively with the way I think about eating which on top of weight loss was one of my main goals. I used to demonize certain foods and the app has showed me foods I thought where "bad" are actually good. Give it a try it'll work wonders for you, physically and mentally.

Easy app to use. The customer service is amazing 👏 quick replies and helpful and really pleasant. Just really nice people to deal with. Any medical issues or dietary needs. They work around it. Losing weight and still going so well. Highly recommend 👌

Almost 2 weeks in loving the app, finding it very easy to track.
The facebook group is really good for info, recipes and motivation also

I’ve tried to contact the company several times regarding my subscription, to which I have just been ignored or fobbed off. I have requested to terminate my subscription but conveniently there is no obvious way to do this.

Brilliant app, I have tried all the diets/clubs and learnt nothing g and piled the weight back on. Also always felt deprived of food, this gives you a "higher" calorie count but easy to keep to and enjoy anything you want and still loose weight

Best Protein powder and also now trying their supplements which I am sure will be just as good! Very quick delivery and now set up a subscription which also saves money as well as meaning I don't run out.

Delivery speed is great. Recieved my items within 3 days of placing my order.
My purchase was two bags of magnesium 3 in 1. Cheaper than Nutrition Geeks which is my previous supplier.
The reason I have only given 4 stars is because the magnesium bags were not sealed properly so the contents were spilled into the outer packaging.
I am glad the supplements were all the same otherwise it would have been a pain to sort them into order.
I did message Team RH to let them know, including an image of the poor packaging, but I did not receive a response, which is nothing unusual!

Love Team RH - app is excellent, coaches are amazing. Only thing that’s held back my weight loss is me but whenever I focus and use the life skills that team rh provides I do fantastic. Would recommend to anyone at any point or level in their health journey 💖

Amazing app and great advice given. Gives a great breakdown on the importance of each food group with which products are the best to buy during a food shop!

Wow. No gimmicks, no faddy diets, just plain old accountability.
Over 50lbs loss for me up to now.
