The plan really works
The plan really works, but you have to as well. It takes time and effort to make lifestyle changes but the app and the team are great and supportive. It's not a quick fix or another trendy diet but it teaches you about nutrition and exercise. Would definitely recommend if you are committed to making a change.

I’ve never been able to stick to a diet before, but I’ve been a member for a while now and I’ve actually stuck to it. I’m over 11 stone down now and the healthiest I’ve been in my adult life.
I don’t know where I'd be without finding this app and I’m so glad I did. The support is unmatched from both coaches and customer service.
The app is so easy to use and I’ve learned so much about nutrition - Team RH has absolutely given me tools for life, I finally feel like I can keep this up

Quite literally a scam
Quite literally a scam, they put in small writing about how you have to sign up for a certain amount of months before you can leave and if you want to leave early it’s actually more than the whole membership.
Only thing I can slightly praise them on is they cancelled my contract due to not having the funds due to my circumstances and even then I had to fight for it.

No more yoyo dieting
After years of yoyo dieting I signed up to team RH and have now lost nearly 90lbs in the past year and totally changed my way of thinking about food. The app is great for counting your calories and holding yourself accountable for making the changes needed to fit the app around your life. The social media from all the team RH coaches is sooo helpful and keeps you motivated. Can not fault any part of Team RH, totally life changing.

Dieting with a full belly
This app helped me be more disciplined with eating. I was eating healthy before, but didn't realise how many calories were in my " healthy " food. The app helped me change the way I eat and exercise. I lost around 12 kg without feeling hungry at all. Not even once. I admit that sometimes I go astray, but the fact that I pay monthly for the app as well as the figures on the scale are good motivators to go back on track.

100% recommend Team RH, ive used them for a year now and the app is great. Easy to use and understand, and really helpful to understand your nutritional needs, goals and give tailored support.
