As a residential landlord I have used Taylorlloyd for section 21's and section 8's. Flawless service and got the results without drama or escalation of costs. My thanks to Zack and Adam for all their meticulous efforts. I'd not hesitate to recommend them to any Landlord having trouble with tenants.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! ADAM IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO WIRKS HERE THERE IS NO SUCH PERSON CALLED ZACK! ADAM WILL ONLY SPEAK TO YOU TO GET YOUR BUSINESS ONLY SPEAKS TO NEW CLIENTS! ONCE YOU HAVE PAID THEN HE IGNORES ALL YOUR CALLS, EMAILS AND THEN BLOCKS YOU FROM HIS MOBILE NUMBER WHICH HE GIVES YOU AT THE START! I REGRET USING THIS COMPANY AND LOST MY CASE BECAUSE OF THE ERRORS ADAM MADE!

The single worst, most unprofessional business I have ever used. Absolutely do not use this business. Zak in particular will happily take your business, however will not act professionally, will not call you back. I was not provided with information that I should have been, resulting in no legal representation in court. I have spent hours of my life trying to get my court fee refunded. They use an outsourced call answering service and never call you back. Outrageous that after trying to convey my dissapointment and frustration to Zak, I had to argue with him as he couldn’t understand the simplest of my points. Avoid at all costs. Waste of time and money.

Avoid at all costs!...and ignore all the positive reviews as I suspect they are fake.

I could have written all the negative reviews here myself, they summarise my experience. Very quick to take your money and then you don't hear from them. Never answer the calls, never come back. I've wasted so much money before I've decide to engage the High Court bailiffs myself as they wasted my time not submitting any paper work, not paying the court. They failed to provide evidence when I asked and wasted me about 7 weeks of not being able to evict my non paying tenant.

Absolute scammers, praying on people's desperation.

My advice is, do it yourself. You can apply to the courts yourself and find a solicitor yourself. You don't need these scumbags.

I have just wasted £ 180 this company couldn't even get the date correct on the eviction notices they send it by normal mail so fingers crossed the tenants recieve it in time. They then sent another letter with another mistake regarding the dates. In the end I should have just down loaded the notice from gov.com and emailed it directly to my tenants. Ask yourself WHERE DID ALL THESE 5* come from certainly not from happy customers

My friend and I were desperate to find out how to evict our tenants. google always seemed to be on the side of the tenant not the landlord, so when Taylor Lloyd’s name came up we were so happy! How wrong we were, their communication was the pits, never called back, didn’t matter which number you call messages are taken but nothing! Spoke to an, alleged manager, told me the contact hadn’t rung back because they were busy! Yes, busy laughing all the way to the bank with your hard earned money! Never again!

Acted quickly and appointed a great solicitor in my situation.
