We found the landlord advice team wonderful…

We found the landlord advice team online in a google search, as a rented property we have near blackpool in the Uk had difficult with a bad tenant. Everyone at Landlord Advice was extremely kind and empathetic and professinal. Amanda and Christine were our main contacts there, and both helped us over a period of over ayear to overcome this difficulty. I very ,very, very, highly recomend them to anyone with similar problems, and we found a successful outcome after over a year of great worry, and stress, and nil rent from our tenant. We managed to get the house back and secured safely.

Very happy UK Landlord

I have been a UK Landlord for over 25 years and have used Landlord Advice on several occasions now and have always found the advise given to be very good and relevant and the level of service has always met my expectations. The fact that the communication is so prompt is a big plus for me. They have recently helped with successfully serving a Section 8 notice

Sasha Charles is a real asset!

Had spoken to Sasha Charles about understanding the rules, laws, and rights of ourselves in our living situation - lodgers and live in landlords. Sasha took a good amount of time to explain the differences between those who have contracts and lodgers that don't, and explained the rights, moral stances, and resources available for all parties involved. Very patient and knowledgable - great job!

Poor communication and service

They charged to serve a s21 but then served it incorrectly. I do not believe that they read over each tenancy and understand the nuances that might be present. They wasted months of my time and cost me much more than the cost of the serving of a document. Poor communication and no accountability from their end.

Hidden fees, rude, unprofessional, drag the process

Read these reviews. You will regret using this people.
I can’t believe this people are allowed to operate. Hidden fees, rude, unprofessional.
They are only interested in taking any money they can from you plus hidden fees thereafter.
Unprofessional, rude, drag the process so they can make more money out it. Shocking, stressful. They will drag the process and you will lose money on the long run. They will blame the court systems for the delay. They will blame the backlog etc… They will hold your request and once they seat on it for weeks they will get back to you with stupid questions such as: Can you be more specific with your request or we do apologise but we misplaced your email, etc. etc. etc. They attract you with cheap online quote from £109.00 and the false idea you will gain access to your property between 2 and few months. They are not solicitors or regulated just an expensive advisory service who claim to be able to assist Landlords. They prey on the Landlords desperate need for assistance with a market saturated with homeowners struggling to get their property back.
I spend close to £3,000.00 without the results they offer at the right beginning. I have all the invoices and emails to prove. I hope they will find a landlord with time and money to take legal action against them because I am unable to do it at this time.
This review is genuine and I hope this will help families out there who need to evict tenants. Please take your time, do your homework. Don’t fall for this. You will spend maybe years to recover your place with no results, no help, a massive invoice from them and more stress then you had before finding this company. Avoid at all costs.

Save Money Stay Away

I would not recommend this company.
They are only interested in taking your money and not actually carrying out the service you have paid for.
Unprofessional and do not stick to the time line which cost you more money and still nothing is resolved. They are not solicitors or regulated just an expensive advisory service who claim to be able to assist Landlords. They prey on the Landlords desperate need for assistance as the tenants in the U.K. have all the power unfortunately regardless.
I spend over £4k without any results
My review is genuine and has been verified by Trustpilot with all the checks carried out.
