Look elsewhere for Autonomo and Renta filling
I used them to file taxes and they made several mistakes on the taxes that I found before the filling date. When I brought them up, they refused to fix the mistake and I ended up having to make the change myself.
Also prior to that when I asked advice, most of the responses felt like they were AI. The Gestor I have doesn't have a legit looking LinkedIn and has zero experience so that is also fishy.

Horrible and useless
Horrible and useless. Now I've gone through several tax advisors, and I can say they are horrible. There is no real expertise; there's no possibility of delegating to them the handling of taxes. Ultimately, they want you to be the tax expert and are completely passive in the process. I'm still subscribed, but looking for a way to get out of it and handle all the tax processes in other ways.

Slow start but overall a very good experience and service
Once I got put through to the second account advisor it was brilliant. Estuve was excellent, he communicated quickly and clearly and sorted everything very well. It took some time and a lot of stress to get to him though, the first advisor didn't respond and couldn't complete my return, this is why I haven't give 5 stars, had I gone straight to Estuve it would have been no issues from the start.

Avoid if you value your money and your time
They failed to fulfill their obligations, and as a result I was fined due to their mistake. Staff repeatedly promised a resolution "soon" and even claimed the fine would be refunded alongside my tax return — which is simply false, as these are entirely separate procedures under Spanish law. After nearly two years, the misinformation continues. Customer support also isn't helping at all with this issue.
I am now pursuing formal legal action at my own expense — which, per their own contract, they are obligated to handle. Their own terms explicitly state that the consultant bears liability when the error is theirs. But don't count on it; it's better to choose a different service.
