I highly recommend TaxDown to anyone looking for a stress-free and efficient way to file their taxes in Spain.

It was smooth and I got good technical support and my all questions was answered and solved.

Only problem I faced was initially I used Microsoft edge and I was getting an error and I had to use Chrome to go through the website properly.

I paid the FULL service expecting them to responsive. It's been 2 weeks with back and forth with their support and AI generated responses. >100 EUR thrown to the trash bin.

Very efficient service. Forms are reviewed prior to submission to the relevant tax office. There may be some back and forth with a taxdown agent reviewing your form but replies are received within 24 hours so it’s quite quick. I really liked the service they gave. Only negative comment is that it would be useful to have some additional comments available to understand each section of the form but otherwise an overall very good experience. I will use this team again next year!

Bad software and unexisting technical support. After i paid the membership plan and proceeded to send the tax declaration, the software "reset" the plan to the free teir, even if the money was taken. After opening multiple support tickets, nobody answered me, only the annoying bot. Even with the receipt, seems they are not doing anything.

Easy-to-use tool and great support. I set up my TaxDown account a year ago, moving from an expensive lawyer-accounting firm. The team at TaxDown smoothly set up my account and support me with all questions I might have. Very effective and professional team who makes the Spanish red tape easy to navigate.

wanted to share my disappointing experience with this vendor, which I believe is overrated. It appears that their services rely heavily on bots, which significantly impacted the quality of my experience. Additionally, their customer support is notably slow. I wanted to make sure you're aware of these issues before making any decisions.

The service is not that good, and the support they can offer is limited. After explaining my situation, they said they could help me. After I signed up for a plan, they told me they couldn't actually help. So, indeed, it was frustrating, but at least I received a refund.

I had bad experiences with the annual taxes, but the experience with Taxdown has been the worst.

During the process I added all the data the ask for. Not just filling their forms, I was also preparing extra pdf documents for them with the data they required. Well, I was wasting my time because once all was completed and sent to them, they gave me a wrong result were I was paying around 2000€ more in than the real result.

When I started to correct them (luckily I have some knowledge about it), they asked to me again for the same data I was preparing the first time and it was already sent. I did it again. With this data, they gave me a new wrong value. I explained them that on previous years I had a benefit that was not applied this year. This benefit was applicable on two of my owns. With this data, they applied the benefit just to one of them and I needed to message with them again to ask for the other. Finally I got the corrected document with the real amount to pay by my side and the result was 2000€ less than the one given by them on the first moment. Two weeks later and after working more than them to try to understand the issues.

To summarise, If you are looking for a resolutive and easy software, be careful with Taxdown, maybe you pay more using their services than without them. In fact, I don't know if any other mistakes are on my final result. Let's cross the fingers. Paying 55€ to have to cross my fingers, I don't know if it is what I was looking for.
