I picked Tax Defense Network on a whim from a Google search. It turned out to be the best decision I could have made. Everyone I spoke with, from the first person that answered the phone, and then to my assigned consultant Ms. Richardson, was top-shelf professional.

I would like to expresse the amount of care and time spent to make sure my needs were met, they were way above par. Maria and Aruna made the tedious tax experience feel like it wasn't impossible to navigate or overcome and made sure to communicate with me with any questions or concerns I had. 10/10 would recommend to anyone struggling with tax debt.

It started out as a long process about 5 years ago, we went through several agents, until our last a final one who saved us, seriously. Renzi R. and her team TA, Marchell B., Tiam, Alicia R., and LT.P.
I will never forget her words Renzi R. told us, let's get this case closed! I couldn't believe what she was saying there was HOPE! and that was December 2024 what a nice thing to hear before Christmas and a way to start the New Year with Hope! Renzi, communicated, kept us informed, and when she asked for something we sent it so she could do her job. And Now the good news, OUR CASE IS CLOSED!! As of July 28th 2025
I would recommend Renzi R. and her team and Tax Defense Network!!!! They did an outstanding job for us, we were and are very pleased. Renzi, said if we need anything or receive anything from the IRS to let her know with no hesitation.

We worked with this company for nearly 2 years before they solved NOTHING. We were moved around to different representatives 3 times because it seems as though they have high turnover. The first person we were working with left the company and reached out to us privately to let us know that we would work with her outside of Tax Defense which I should have taken as a red flag but we were invested and had paid a lot of money so we stayed. We had about 50k of IRS debt that we needed help resolving , our representative Joshua sent us a payment arrangement in which NOTHING had been negotiated when the reason we signed up was to get some of the interest and fee's negotiated but that did not happen. We agreed to the payment plan and less than 1 payment in we got letters from the IRS stating that we were in default because we had outstanding balances for prior years. I reached out to Josh over 10x to see why we were getting these notices since we thought everything was bundled in to the payment arrangement and he never responded. After calling the IRS myself and doing my own research I found out that only 23k of the 52k we owed was in the payment arrangement . They have butchered our entire case and now we are out over 3k in fees that we paid them and could have used to pay the IRS directly instead. If you are considering this company do not waste your time, effort and money. You are better off calling the IRS directly.

Was a bumpy ride with NY Tax and paperwork submitted, but once that was resolved the process was quick and painless. I greatly appreciate the help Tax Defense gave to finally put my tax issues to rest. I would recommend them in the future.

One of my main issues is being listened to and this company has employees who listen to me.
