Fast and friendly customer service. Very good products. I ordered a wrong rash guard by accident. Contacted customer service right after placing the order and asked if the order was still possible to modify. Customer service responded quickly and was very friendly. They explained my options of next steps clearly. Unfortunately modification of order was not possible, but I was able to cancel the order and place another one with correct products.

The response to my query was extremely prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. My question was answered thoroughly and clearly and in an open and friendly way. It is nice to have a customer service level that matches the high quality of the product, it feels like front office to back office and all stops in between, Tatami is a company getting it right.

I recently purchased the Tatami Outlaw Denim Gi and absolutely loved the look and feel of it. Unfortunately, after training, I noticed that the dark blue denim dye was transferring onto my training partners’ white gis as well as my brand-new white rash guard.

I reached out to Tatami’s customer service, and from that moment on, the experience was exceptional. Karen from the customer service team was incredibly professional, understanding, and quick to help. Without any hassle, Tatami arranged to send me a replacement gi, a replacement rash guard, and even included some additional items at no extra cost.

What impressed me most was the speed of the service. Everything was shipped free of charge and arrived within just two days. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Tatami genuinely exceeded all my expectations.

Issues can occasionally happen with any product, but what truly matters is how a company responds. Tatami demonstrated that they stand behind their products and care deeply about their customers. First time ordering, and then I noticed I miss a couple of items. I email them, and they reach me quickly and give me solutions about my add-ons and shipping. Karen, helped me and treated me with excellence. If everything fits amazing I need to get more items then :)

Shipping to Germany was prompt and easy.

One of the items was wrong, but the issue was resolved without complications by customer service.

Well I ordered a gi from site and ordered wrong size for child.. So on sending it back i was told I have to pay for shipping back no big deal except the fact im in United states and they are in UK and it will cost me like 200 dollars to send back a 78 dollar gi... Just heads up buy the right size or your screwed...

We recently worked with Tatami to produce custom rash guards and mesh training tees for our academy, and the entire process was excellent from start to finish.

Karen was extremely helpful throughout the design, ordering and production process. Communication was always prompt, questions were answered quickly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The design team did a fantastic job bringing our ideas to life, and the quality of the finished products has exceeded our expectations.

What impressed me most was how easy the reorder process became once the initial designs were completed. We simply sent through our quantities and received an updated invoice the same day.

I had an issue with third party delivery service. Karen from tatami customer services guided me through the whole proces in a very pleasant and professional way. The aftterservice i received was excellent. And the issie got resolved in a statisfactory and correct manner.
