Excellent service

I was hesitant to use this service at first however after difficulty arranging an appointment with my local GP, I took a chance and I'm highly impressed!

The process was seamless from start to finish and booking an appointment was quick and easy.

Speedy service when I needed it.

Was very pleased to see a GP when my NHS surgery couldn’t accommodate me. Got a much needed prescription for antibiotics which provided relief from painful throat and tonsils within 24 hours.

Great service

Earache long haul flight

Woke up NY day, with a nasty unexpected earache, no other symptoms and a next day flight to NZ. Bit of a panic but tapGP were so good from booking appointment to getting a prescription. The consultation with the Dtr was so easy and I was immediately put at ease whilst the Dtr ran through my issue. I cannot rate highly enough and will definitely use again should I need to, thank you.

Professional and thorough

After being told there was a 4 hour wait at the walk in centre for weekend appointment we came home and booked with TapGP. Could wait comfortably at home, and doctor was professional and thorough. Will definitely use your services again. Thank you

Fantastic experience. Saved me an A&E attendance.

I spoke to a very thorough doctor with a lovely manner. I phoned NHS 111 this morning who directed me to A&E. I was fairly certain that I didn’t need to go to A&E and didn’t need to contribute to an already overloaded system. We agreed a treatment plan with the provision that I would attend hospital if necessary. I felt very reassured and wish I had noted his name. Big thank you to your doctor!

Exceptional service

Exceptional service, so worth it. Set up appointment really easily, doctor arrived at the virtual consultation on time. He was thorough, clear, relaxed and gave thoughtful additional advice. At one point he needed to visually check something and switched to the camera. I would recommend this service and will use again.

Absolutely brilliant

Absolutely brilliant ! Same day service and prescription . Very friendly and understanding.
Was recommended after not being able to get a local GP appointment.. so glad as the service was first class . £49 to speak to them but well worth the money ! Definitely use again if needed.

Amazing service and will use again

When so desperate for an appointment to have my son checked, 111 taking over 5 hours and no call back, A&E saying 9 hour wait and it’s a weekend I used tapgp and can’t recommend it enough,
