Afzal was very helpful giving clear instructions on how to set up my account so i could see my business invoices.
He talked me through setting up a new password and suggested a password to ID myself when contacting talktalk again so I could save time not having to go through security checks. He checked that I was able to open and download the invoices and view previous invoices too.
Glad there was good help available even on a Sunday.
