TS, more than happy with on line purchases, nearest large shopping centre more than 100km away, hence on line purchases. Recently I experienced a rather frustrating event with TS, I made a purchase on line, unfortunately it did not meet my expectations, rather than post the article, I returned it to a small TS boutique to be told they could only supply a credit note which unfortunately I accepted. Made a special trip to Adelaide, found a replacement article, only to be told the credit note can only be used at a boutique TS, finally found a TS boutique only to find the wanted article was not in stock, it was sold that very morning, as I did ciheck before my journey, also was informed I cannot use my credit note for purchasing on line, the credit to be used within 30 days in store only. Warning to on line customers, post your articles for return rather than in store. Rather frustrated on line customer.

Products arrived promptly but I did have problems with the website not giving the discount at checkout I had to log out and in a couple of times often having to reload the cart - I must admit I nearly gave up

Website is user friendly. Photos and descriptions give a clear idea of what clothing items are like. Orders are dispatched promptly.

I have been buying ts14+ clothes since 2008 so ten years now. I have always found the clothes and shoes fit me well and my body shape. I buy a lot of my clothes on line and never feel disappointed when my parcel arrives. The online shopping experience is easy to use, provides a lot of good information and enlarges the clothes so that I can get a good feel for what the fabric will be like when it arrives. This information allows me to make a well thought out informed choice and I have never had to return anything. I find the sales exceptional value for money. 98% of my wardrobe is ts14+.

I have always had terrific customer service when dealing with Taking Shape whether it be an item from from another store, buying online or dealing direct with customer service over voucher issues. Their staff are not only helpful and prompt but friendly too.

Depends which store you go to. I have found my local closest store which is Myer F/Gate very underwhelming with stock and staff helpfulness. I recently drove for an hour to Eastland to the Boutique store the staff were amazing, very helpful a little lacking in knowledge on what I had seen online but tried their best to help. Then I ended up at Myer Eastland they were also fantastic with heaps of stock and very friendly helpful staff.
