Had a personal styling session with Louisa - Parafield store

Had a personal styling session with Louisa at the Parafield store SA Australia. Louisa was incredibly helpful and was able to assist me to get a lovely outfit for an upcoming wedding. It was so lovely to walk out of there feeling confident and knowing I would look good on the special day. Thank you so much Louisa

Emily, my 'lifesaver'

Today I had an hour's consultation with Emily at the Parafield (Sth Aus) Taking Shape store. Having seen nothing appropriate to wear to a family wedding in any other store I had no expectation that this experience would be any different.
How wrong I was! Emily was amazing. From the details I'd given prior to the consult she'd selected a an excellent range of garments. I'm not comfortable clothes shopping, believing that nothing looks good on me at present, but Emily was encouraging, thoughtful, kind and honest. I now have a beautiful outfit in which I feel wonderful, thanks to the beautiful Emily.

I'm so glad to be able to buy in the UK again

I was gutted when Taking Shape stopped trading in the UK as I loved their clothing. Finding it by chance on Facebook made my day, and I ordered 4 tops last week. All arrived quickly, and are just the familiar quality and well cut flattering shape I love.
I love this company and that it offers a beautiful array of clothing for plus size customers. Welcome back into my life and I'm already planning my christmas wardrobe.

A Good site to purchase from

I was so worried about ordering as I had read some reviews, however the transaction for me was perfect, the clothing fitted perfectly and it was great value. 0 problems which is phew these days. I will be ordering more they are lovely quality.

Thank you Meagan customer service

I would love to thank Meagan in customer service who helped me today with my click n collect order.
With regional Victoria going into lockdown i was unsure the statice of my parcel and Meagan tracked my parcel and phoned me within the hour if it’s wear abouts.
Thank you Meagan you did an amazing job and especially under such circumstances with everyone phoning - (to be honest I really didn’t expect a call at all)

Commitment to service

I have shopped at TS Unley for well over 5 years now. I am so happy with my buys but even more so I love the way the manager and her staff interact with all the customers. It is like family! In these difficult times yesterday I was in the store and there was a woman who did not want to use the QR code. The staff doing the correct thing asked her very politely to complete form or scan bar code, unfortunately her response was very brisk and not needed when they are doing what we all should be doing. Keeping everyone safe! Their level of service never waivers. Well done Deb and Leanne !!!

Lovely clothes but far too big

Ordered from the UK website and order was delivered very quickly, clothes were lovely and well made the issue is they are huge - at least a couple of sizes bigger than normally UK sizing, I checked each item against the size chart and ordered appropriately but still far too big so unfortunately having to return everything, as items can’t be exchanged, I’ll have to wait for another special offer (I got 30% off over May bank holiday) to reorder. Mind you it will be nice to order small and/or medium in clothes. I just hope refunds are processed as quickly as orders.

TWO DIFFERENT OUTFITTERS

As a website/online browser, and occasional purchaser, I couldn't help but notice how Australian clothes are lovely: vibrant and colourful. I would have had a great selection. NZ's choices by comparison are much poorer in design and colour, sticking with neutral or 'safe' kinds of designs.

Easy to use website and great customer service

Easy to use website and great customer service. I’m a diamond member and I always receive a phone call if my vouchers are about to expire. Clothes fit perfectly every time and easy to get a refund if there is a problem. I’m really shocked by some of the reviews on here as I’ve been using TS for years and have never had an issue.
Keep up the great service!!

I shop instore and online with TS - always a pleasure

I shop instore and online with TS. Both experiences are enjoyable, but I'll focus on online here.
The website is easy to navigate and shows stock levels of particular sizing which is great.
Ordering is simple and are processed within acceptable times for online shopping (I consider 2-5 days to ship as acceptable for online shopping unless ordering out of stock of items). Shipping itself isn't TS but has for me always been fairly prompt.
Returns: I choose to return to store (refund not exchange), this way I get to shop instore as well. Make sure you have your invoice (on your phone or printed) and this will go smoothly in store. I have had no problems returning to Capalaba store. (NB: if exchanging, call and check with the store about stock and try during less busy periods).
I enjoy shopping with TS online (and instore) and recommend taking advantage of any sales - they do have higher prices to go with better quality products (then you'd get at target/bigw/kmart etc).

Great Service, good products, competitive prices

I have been buying online from Taking Shape quite often this year because apart from losing weight and needing new clothes we have been in lockdown off and on for nearly nine months so shopping in stores was not possible. I have found their online service exemplary. Often, despite Covid, my order would be delivered either the next day or the day after. Sometimes my orders might take a few days but it was obvious from postal tracking that it was due to the fact that Australia Post was struggling to deliver everyone’s parcels, even so the delivery times of Taking Shape parcels were usually better than the other online providers I was using. Recently I had cause to contact Customer Service because of a faulty product and they responded within 24 hours and were most helpful, professional and courteous. From my experience I would recommend them.

Hi,I have had 3 deliveries came quickly…but missing a order

Hi,I have had 3 deliveries came quickly but waiting on a order supposed to be del 4th May. Sent so many emails and no answers. I want to order top again while you still have stock but what happens if it turns up few weeks later. I bought it when you had free del and was 50% off. I think it has gone missing because other orders have come after this one. You really need to do something about your customer service not just pushing orders out.

Very disappointed with lack of customer…

Very disappointed with lack of customer service. Only contactable via email with automated response. If Sussan can deliver in 5 days from order and City chic can deliver in 7 days from order why am I still waiting 12 days and still NO notification of shipment yet????? VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️ ☹️☹️

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes on line which have not arrived as yet. I checked the order status and it said they had been delivered which is incorrect . I have tried to contact TS to resolve this issue. I have emailed many times and have not received a reply at all. Cannot phone as they are not taking calls. Very frustrating.

If I could give them no stars I would

If I could give them no stars I would. Their online customer service is a joke as they do not have one. I ordered online 28.3.2020 and they happily debited my account for the goods on the 30.3.2020. I have not received any information regarding the delivery (and I do understand that things are harder at the moment with Covid). No update or communication to advise an estimated delivery. I ordered online to support them through this period. I have tried emailing them and all I get is an automated response. So very disappointed in this company. I will not order online with them again.
