UPDATE 2/25/2024 Be sure you see that Tailored Zone's response below is marked as an ADVERTISEMENT.
These folks have been hitting me hard to remove my experience from Trustpilot. I was also contacted by a company called Lumi about this review--perhaps Tailored has been bought. They offered me a reduced subscription rate of $9.99 with a request that I reconsider my feedback here. So they want ME to pay THEM as their apology for bad service?? Fascinating.
******************
This was the scammiest experience I've had after hitting the buy button. There is literally NOTHING but a generic guide about basic wardrobe concepts. This is after I filled out FORTY QUESTIONS. I canceled right away, which required me to email customer service. When they asked why I canceled, I TOLD THEM.
*******************
This was my experience:
* I saw a link for Tailored in one of my emails.
* I liked the focus on helping plus-size women feel and look good, and it appeared you provided fashion advice/recommendations.
* I filled out a quiz (which was great, by the way).
* I was supposed to get a guide via email but that never came through (I did confirm my email address).
* I saw the 3-day 99-cent trial and decided to try it because it's super cheap, I liked what I saw previously, and I was curious.
* I got access online to a generic mini wardrobe planning guide, although that took a while.
And that's it. Nothing specific to me and the FORTY questions I answered.
Here's where you dropped the ball:
* I literally don't know what service you provide.
* Or how that service might be customized to me.
* I couldn't access any information about Tailored online (like a sales page) because links kept bringing me to the same thank you screen
* I couldn't view any info about your subscription(s), what is included, how much it costs (except that it seemed like $40-$60/month, but numbers varied).
* I couldn't view my own account information to cancel.
I could see that there's a Personal Guide that will be available in 3 days. But I only have a 3-day trial. And your subscription terms state cancellation has to be done more than 24 hours in advance to avoid getting charged.
So even though what I saw before doing the trial subscription was elegantly designed and written, the moment I hit the buy button I was stuck in limbo with one thank you screen, a hamburger menu with no details, and a link that brought me to that generic mini-guide, a tease for a personalized guide, and some add ons. I felt scammed.

This is a scam!
- You never receive the guide you pay to access.
- If you use a strong suggested password in Chrome or Apple OS or iOS, the website prevents it from being stored in your keychain.
- When you request to reset your password they send you a new password as text in an email, so your information is not secure at all.
- There is no actual price quoted on the website for the subscription cost.
- The same company is operating under multiple company names: Tailored, Fashion Guru, Get Look, Beauty Plan, My Beauty Place, and possibly more.
- Any correspondence you have with them will come from random email addresses for different companies, begging the question of how many different places your personal information is stored.
You pay £0.99 for 3-day trial access to a style guide you never receive by email, then you are billed £35.99 without warning for an ongoing subscription.
The subscription terms on the website do not state the cost of the subscription so they can in theory charge whatever they want. The subscription fee I was charged was £35.99 but this was only briefly visible on the payment page for the £0.99 trial subscription and cannot be found anywhere else.
When I used the 'forgot your password' link I received an email with my new password as text rather than being able to set a new one myself. This means if my email is compromised someone could gain access to personal and financial information from their website.
I have emailed the company to cancel my subscription and remove my details from their records for the three company names listed above, but who knows how many other companies they operate under and where the very detailed information I provided to create the guide is stored.

I did tailored test and it was guite fun. But when I should have the personalized guide, Mobile page didn't open it and I didn't get it to my email. I send email about it, they said there has occur an error that they try to fix. They send me "guide" for compensation. It was arabic language preschool coloring book. I sent little angry email about this. And they send me new colorguide, which really was the guide, but not my personalized guide.
I did subscribe this 0.99euros price but cancelled immediately, when I noticed that guide might not coming. Not at leats 3 days trial time. I did get link after week or two, but couldnt open without new subscribtion, which I did not.
I don't know if this really is scam or just very bad netsite, which they might to to fix. Because this idea is beautiful and test is very long. And emails seems to be good ones for example capsule wardrope tips.

Total scam! Paid $.99 for personalised report which never materialised. Requested a refund straight away and they deducted $29.99 as an alleged non-refundable subscription.
Took several emails but finally got a refund on the $29.99

Weirdly enough, as much as I noticed how I couldn't load the guide through my phone, I could load the guides through my computer. And yes, I received a USD29.99 pre-payment through Paypal and I cancelled it the moment I received that notification, but to be honest, I did manage to download the guides. Hopefully someone out there would actually receive the guides.

As everyone else says here. You pay 0.99 for the guide that mysteriously had an error and you never receive. you contact support, who respond very quickly the first time indicating that they are sorry but they only send you the intro pdf not your personalised guide that you paid for.
I then contacted PayPal and found out that I had been charged for a pre-approved subscription not a one-off as indicated when I purchased it first. I was quick to cancel payment and start the dispute with PayPal. I was never charged because I picked the red flags but for others less lucky, they had paid for a subscription to a non-existing product that they never signed up for in the first place.
I have reported this company in the UK as fraudulent business
Note that the payment will come through as VPN Mobapps. PayPal community has a thread regarding a similar issue under a different company name, fashion guru, but charged with VPN Mobapps trade name. This is not an isolated issue, rather a recurring scam scheme.

They are fraudsters who kept your card details and charge you without notice

This is a scam. Like the others have said you never receive the guide, even when customer support gets involved. When I asked for a refund they instead offered to give me a lifetime access....to what I don't know!
Just stay away!

These scammers are just stealing from us and making it look like it's a normal thing. They don't inform you of any subscription while doing the quiz for the style guide. then 3 days later, your funds have been deducted.

Scam! They get you to subscribe for 30 dollars without you knowing, I wanted to ask if your cancelation worked when you wrote them an email, thank you.

Hi there!
I subscribed to this website this morning as everyone here is mentioning didn’t receive the guide. I can not unsubscribe, it send me to their email. Was it the same with you with unsubscribing? Do I have to email them to unsubscribe? And how can we report these websites?? Thanks!

Reply from Tailored Zone
I did the test, didn't get any guide, only the option to subscribe.

This website is a Scam. No guide sent, and only a webpage to purchase something - as we never know what they really sell.

Reply from Tailored Zone
As the other comments say it is a scam. I did not receive my guide by email and they never uploaded my guide on the website.
At the time of the test they say that the trial period is three days, but in the cancellation policy it says that you have to cancel before 24h to not pay the monthly subscription. It didn't happen to me because I cancelled immediately when I saw that I didn't receive my guide, but it's a bad sign that the information is confusing.
It's a pity because the test looks interesting, well designed and I wanted to know my results.
