I ordered the .99 trial which I never…

I ordered the .99 trial which I never received. Contacted the customer support to state that I didn't want the guide since I never got the trial. Still no response. They have tried charging me $34.99 daily(in which none have gone through) for the subscription that I never agreed to. I have no account to sign into to cancel on. I have no idea how to reach them or what info to give to cancel. All I know is they keep trying to pull money from my account. How do I cancel this, so they will forget my card info and move on? This has turned into a nightmare. It seems all the other reviews get a response that is used on every review, like it’s a reply from a robot.

I never made it far enough to buy anything. If you read first, the money back policy is crap. You have to apply for it and can't use it because you don't like it or it's not what you expected...smh

Very glad I saw these reviews - Do Not Recommend

Very glad I saw these reviews. I ordered my "Guide" after completing a questionnaire when the ad popped up on Instagram. I am looking at changing my wardrobe with my changing career and this looked like a helpful resource. After completing the questionnaire and requesting my "Guide" for $.99, a series of other pop-ups came up all of which I declined but the last one I couldn't decline, I couldn't get it off my screen, I couldn't do anything so I left the website thinking "oh well they'll just email me with what I ordered". After 15 minutes of not getting an email - which is ridiculous at a time when everything is automated - I emailed them that I was not given the Guide that I ordered, or any terms of service or any terms of a trial agreement, I couldn't log into the website, and basically I had nothing. Given what I have read here now I am not expecting a return email back. I did get an automated reply saying that they got my email, but I'm not expecting them to actually do anything about it. In the meantime this gave me the opportunity to go back into my payment source and just cancel the subscription. So they got their $0.99 but at least they won't be able to get anything further.

EDIT - they did actually email me back which was great they sent me the link to the app. Once in the app I was able to officially cancel the account so that there will be no further charges. The Guide that I paid for did not work, every time I tried to access it I got a "try again later" error. But they did try to upsell me to something that cost $19.99 as I was cancelling my account. If I had not cancelled the subscription it was set to renew on June 28. Who wants to bet that all of a sudden my Guide would have worked on June 28th?

No disasters but also not worth the headache, again I would just as soon avoid this one.

This site is a scam. Not only is it not legitimate, its Bogus. To pray .99 then find out only for IOS devices, then charge 54.99 for an agreement? I only agreed to .99.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They deceive you into subscribing and then mask their customer service and account management options to feign the option to cancel. This is a deliberate scam. They parade under the names Tailored.zone Lumi.place personalfashion.guru personalfashionguru.com and vpn mobapps limited and I’m sure others. They gobble up URLS and will use different ones to avoid the cumulative criminal reputation - but it’s all the same company and the same scam. PayPal needs to step in and protect consumers by preventing this company or its parent co, Bramol Limited from charging consumers.

Do NOT buy the trial! SCAM!!!

I ordered the .99 trial which I never received. Contacted the customer support to state that I didn't want the guide since I never got the trial. They claimed that when I purchased the trial, I agreed to the subscription! They charged my PayPal account $29.99 for the subscription that I never agreed to and now will not refund, stating it is a non-refundable agreement. Definitely a SCAM!

It's a scam.

It's a scam.

I was excited about the idea of the product they offer that can really help a lot of curvy women, and I did fill out all 40 questions they presented. But then I got to a screen that said I had 10 minutes to complete the paid registration ($0.99 for three days and then $29.90 for a fixed monthly fee), and before that, I was promised I would receive a guide by email without payment. This is where I started to get suspicious and started researching their website, which really doesn't have any practical or essential information on it, nor basic information that any reliable company would make sure to have. Right after that, I went looking for reviews on the site, and that's how I ended up here, luckily before I paid anything (I don't think I would anyway, but still). So beware, this is definitely a scam.

Its a scam

Its a scam. I'd recommend calling your bank and having them block online transactions for three days. In the meantime, email them directing to unsubscribe. If they attempt to charge you at the end of three days, your bank can block the payment and create a dispute. Also remove your card details from facebook pay.

Wish I had come here before giving my info! I was looking for some fashion advice, and to be honest, it all looked SUPER nice. They give you the typical free document for you to try. however, they give you NO information else at all - I basically completely forgot I had even agreed and subscribed, so lost over £100 - the worse thing is that they didn't even give me ANYTHING for that!? I am really pissed off with myself, but I guess you live you learn.

I filled out a questionnaire on Facebook (that was my first mistake, I know) & was offered a 99 cents trial period. I accepted. The"service" was literally a generic pdf pamphlet about how to wear generic clothes. Ridiculous. I had to search the website to find how to cancel. They require you to email, which I did 5 minutes after subscribing. I clearly requested to cancel. The company sent me several vague email responses, but never actually started that they cancelled. According to their website terms, you must cancel your 3 day trial with at least 24 hours remaining, or you will be charged $60 monthly! In my final email, I specifically asked for them to confirm cancellation and that I would not be charged again. I only had 2 hours left before my 48 hours was up. I had not heard back from them by the"final hour", so I cancelled my credit card & had my credit card company send me a new card with a new account number. I then got an email from these scammers saying that they were unable to bill me for my subscription & wanted me to update my billing info. COMPLETE SCAM!
