This service does not work.
As it happened to many other people I’m reading in this page, when I connected the modem, the only light that appears is a red one. I went through all the troubleshooting possible but still nothing. The router is connected but internet is not available, then when you try to write the password it tells you that it is wrong (even if you do copy and paste from your personal page).
And to worsen the situation even more the assistance does not reply to either emails or WhatsApp messages.
They will just ghost you even if you contact largely before the end of their work shift.
I will ask for a refund and change service as soon as possible unless you make it work.
Last but not least to give a small update, I already tried the 5 minutes trick that you propose and it DOESN’T work.
Final UPDATE
And I will say it one last time, don’t trust them, after two full weeks still no internet. Always the red light on and a password that doesn’t work. I will ask for a full refund because I spent 40€ without receiving ANY internet.

Been contacting tadaam support for 2 weeks already and without getting any reaction from them. Paid for their service and been 2 weeks already without internet and tv. This is truly the worst internet/tv provider in Belgium. And they don't care about their customers, but they do care about getting paid without delivering their so called good service.

Absolutely horrendous. They didn’t send a Unit. No tracking number, no updates, no customer support. Just a useless bot that does nothing but waste your time. It’s like they don’t care at all. Worst experience ever.

Similar experience to many of the other 1-star reviews here. I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting steps multiple times, but the SIM card still isn’t activated. I’ve reached out several times and received no response—only a chatbot that hasn’t been helpful.
At this point, I’ve been paying for over a week without any service. Please don’t respond with a generic “we have a backlog” message—that’s not helpful. The time spent writing that could be better used providing an actual solution and compensation.

Why should we give 1 star? Already a week ago I did send my first message via whatsapp, but still no reaction at all. Internet is still not working for me so I want to cancel my subscription completely within the 2 legal weeks, without having to pay something. But apparently I don't get any reaction.... I seems that nothing has changed in the last 4 years. This missing customer support was together with the poor connection the main reason why I switched in 2022 already from provider. I hoped that they were better organised in the meantime, but they aren't...
No reply or any reaction received from TADAAM... so we should keep on waiting apparently. But iso of reacting here perhaps you should better react directly to your customers....

I would give zero stars if I could.
- The information on invoicing is not clear. The moment you order, the period of a month is starting and you cannot pauze in the middle of the month
- It is not functioning
- After several attemps (both mail and chat), we do not get any help on how we get it functioning. refering to the website, but we dit all those steps
The feedback on this review is again the same thing, we tried it multiple times, it doesn't work. The thing is sent back....

I receive Tadaam internet box 4 days ago and still not internet.. the support doesnt exist they just keep saying one of our agents will contact you soon.. at this point i want my money back and you can have your modem back.. DONT BUY TADAAM

Billed as "flexible", isn't actually flexible. After 6 months, your subscription is automatically resumed and charged (no warnings, no info; reactivation email talks about becoming a new client so it doesn't even makes sense) and there is no way to cancel / refund it and return the device (customer support refuses to help, and will tell you to go deal with your bank instead).

Purchased Tadaam some months ago. Installation was done within a couple of minutes. After that, internet ran smoothly, never had issues.
But then… because of a delay in payment, my internet was deactived. I respect this policy and so I settel the payment within minutes and I reactivated internet. However, the modem stayed on red and I got no further internet. I contacted support via both whatsapp and e-mail. After 2 days, still no reaction, nor internet. A telephone number is nowhere to be found.
What a poor poor poor service! Still awaiting a reaction…

I choose TADAAM mainly for the WIFI and so I will not comment about the TV.
If you are like me, coming to Belgium on temporary basis and not willing to pay for a full time WIFI subscription plan, TADAAM is the perfect solution.
It is easy to install, the elegant white modem will sit nicely on your desk and it works brilliantly (> 120Mbps).
PS. During initial installation, if the WIFI does not work make sure to press the 'reset' button at the bottom of the modem, it should solve the issue ...

Should have canceled my subscription for long time ago. Wifi is OKish but TV is a true NIGHTMARE. When you have to reboot the video router each time you want to watch TV, it prevents to become a tvholic for sure. Even in the course of a TV program, it stops all of a sudden. Definitely a company which is more looking at its marketing dept rather than customer services...

I got the modem today but it wont work. The signal led stays red and can’t Connect to the internet, even though I’m apparently in a good connection spot.
I tried to reach out to them and gave them all the information they needed but they just stopped answering. I am now on my last gigs of data and not sure how I’ll be able to get connection later on. Help !!
The sim card didn't arrive with the modem. Customer support is basically non-existent and the chatbots can handle about 3 tasks in total end-to-end. Can't comment on the internet quality because well, heh, we never got an internet connection.
