Scam. Sent me a broken product from Hong Kong. Would not refund unless I repaid the shipping cost, which is half the cost of the keyboard.

Never order from them they are hustlers!!!
The shipment has arrived after 3 months,
They sent me the wrong case after they charged me for original case and eventually sent 3$ worth fake,
Never never never order from them.
For now I am spending all my day in calling them and send them mails.
They need to be sued for what they are doing to us.
Please don't help them in scamming another people!!!!

I purchased a Wi-Fi extender thinking it was brand new. Nowhere on their website did it say it was refurbished and used. It took a month and a half to get to me only to find out that it doesn’t work at all. they refused to pay for shipping as it states in their return policy. It cost $27 to ship this non working item back to Hong Kong .This place is the biggest scam ever. Stay away

WARNING: be very careful when dealing with this company. Products are NOT the same as advertised. They sent me a phone case that was very poor quality, had no MagSafe built in and it was a completely different colour to what I ordered. When I wrote to them and asked for a refund they became very difficult. They said the only way I could be refunded is if I paid more money to send it back to them, but stopped sort of telling me a return address. I explained I was happy to send it back to them but they would need to cover this costs. (This is fair and consistent with the consumer rights act 2015). I have now sent them countless emails trying it get this resolved but sadly I still have not received a refund. They keep on saying they will send me a replacement but they haven’t. I have since done some research on them and it appears I am sadly not the only one that has been conned by them. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Ordered an item 3 months ago on November the 1st. On Decemeber I proceed to ask where my item is and they assured me it was coming. 1 weeks later I contacted them again and they claimed I declined the delivery? I ask what they can do from their and they said it will be sent back to them and they can then send a refund. It’s been nearly 2 months since they have said that and no response since despite my constant emails. I had to go through PayPal and request a return through there which they checked and gave me since the company did not refund me my item and didn’t even bother looking at their emails or the PayPal claim. Please stay away from this business, it is clearly not run correctly and they do not care about their own customers

I purchased a Netear 790s Aircard. The item tabletphonecase.com (tak yuet international) sent me was not brand new. It had scratches on the screen and was clearly used. It was also locked to a network, which it shouldn't have been.

I asked for a refund, but they would only refund if I paid for shipping (to the other side of the world). Even though THEY sent a used item, it is ME that has to pay the return postage which is not refunded.

If you want a used and locked item which was marketed as new, tabletphonecase.com is your place. If not, AVOID and purchase your items from a reputable source.

They advertised a genuine Samsung product and sent me a cheap knockoff from Hong Kong. I paid so much for something that cost 20% of the price on ebay because I believed they were selling original Samsung products.

Order a phone case in August received it in November, it was not the case I ordered. Since then I have emailed the company 11 times to get the case I actually ordered but each time they come back saying they are sorting it in the warehouse. I dont do review but Im very much annoyed at this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

After ordering a case (Note 8) at the Tabletphonecase.com website, where is stated it is an official Samsung product I received an non official product with even some scratches on it.
Customer service did not answer the questions I asked or I did not get a response at all. Trying to sent back the product was impossible. Such website should removed.

I am from Ireland. I just received two plantronic voyager headpieces. They did take six weeks to come which I understood there would be a delay due to covid. I was surprised the headpieces didn't come in boxes with instructions. I did think the products were counterfeit after reading the sites reviews although they paired perfectly and are both working great. I would recommend the site. Brian.

Absolute scum - Chinese scammers refusing to cancel transactions and sending fake products despite advertising genuine ones.

I ordered an LG tone HBS 750 and I received a brand less head phone I asked for a full refund immediately and no one ever responded to my email. They have no number to call either. This is really disappointing. I usually order thru trusted website or PayPal if not sure but I slipped.

I ordered an official HTC U11 case in Brown colour, they sent me non-official HTC case in black colour!!!! Argggghh.
Very frustrating transaction.

Send them £115 for akg headphones, took 6 weeks for the wrong product to arrive. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

It is beautiful!! Fits my phone perfectly. Also very fast processing and delivery. I don't think I could be more pleased!!

they sent the incorrect product which doesn't work. 12 weeks later they are still waiting from more information from their warehouse. They are refusing to resend the correct product or refusing to issue a refund.. SCAM Website...AVOID!!!!!!!!!

they are fake and sell fake plastic covers and never refund or anything.
I've bought an OnePlus seven pro cover for 50 AUD and they sent me a fake cover.
when I asked for a refund they say we will send you genuine cover very soon but nothing happens.

Love them and 100% happy with them!! The cases have a comfortable grip and no need for a pop socket. The case makes my phone look new ! Love your products.
