I ordered two items and only received one. They never responded to my emails to resolve this or provide a refund. It's been two months. The item that I had received is thin and cheap looking.

Shame you can't give zero stars. I paid extra for express shipping but after 4 days still hasn't shipped. I wrote an email and all they said was dont worry it will ship soon! Not good service i wouldn't use again

If I could give this site a negative star, I would! I paid for my item 2 weeks ago and after SEVERAL emails they finally said they shipped the item and gave me a tracking number. This number doesn't go to USPS, FedEx, UPS, or any reputable delivery service, AND to run your tracking number you have to go to their in-house tracking service and only after you agree to get sketchy 3rd party texts and emails can you get to the tracking page! They said my "order was shipped" but when I checked my number it said "label was created and shipping service has "not yet received my package." HORRIBLE experience so far!

Never order here! Waiting 6 months now lol. Pathetic

Ordered 2 branded earphones and they arrived after a long delay, however, I received 2 non-branded cheap earphones. Requested the store to re-send the correct/advertised product to me or refund but they always reply with the same message- that they have contacted the warehouse...
Do not buy from this dodgy store.

Been 5 weeks now and still have not gotten my headphones. Emailed today to inquire and they just said, as usual, they’ll let me know when it ships! Horrible service snd customer service!

In January 2022 I purchased what was advertised as an authentic Samsung folding phone case for my Galaxy Note 8 to replace the original one I've had for years. Since my phone is 4 years old I could only find cheap imitations sold on other websites for $19.95. So I was excited when I found the website, Tabletphonecases.com who advertised they sold only original Samsung folding phone cases for the Galaxy Note 8. The price was $43.00, which is to be expected for an original Samsung phone case that is difficult to find. But soon I became very concerned after months went by without delivery. Each month I emailed this firm requesting a tracking number only to receive a standard form letter stating they will try to check the status of my order. I gave up all hope. Then one day to my amazement the phone case arrived in the mail. However what I discovered was extremely maddening. It was the exact same cheap plastic imitation phone case that is being sold on other websites for a third of the price. Because I was giving this company such a hard time for months asking the status of my order, they purchased one of these cheap phone cases and sent it to me. This company and the people that work there are all LYING CHEATS! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS FIRM. IF YOU DO YOU HAVE ONLY YOURSELF TO BLAME WHEN YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Terrible shopping experience. I ordered a gold headset and got a black unbranded headset.
Buy from them at your own risk.

This is entirely scam they don't send the items that you had ordered and they don't process any refund or replacement i have been contacting for 90 days and they do reply the same message that they are checking with warehouse and et you us soon and that soon will never come to these a**holes

My Samsung tablet case arrived today, delivery time not too bad, case definitely not what I ordered although it did fit the tablet so that's something I suppose. Based on previous reviews (which I should have read before ordering) there isn't much point in trying to sort it out but I will try. The only comfort I see is that these people will rot in hell (whatever they perceive it to be) because of their ongoing deception.

This company is an absolutely no go area. It is all about Spam you find also with other byers. I ordered a bluetooth headset and got a completely otherone item. I claimed on sending the ordered item and since that there is no contact, nore answer. Beware of that company.I filed with paypal against this company.

Similar to other reviews, I purchased a product; a left handed ergonomic mouse. I got sent a knock off right hand mouse. Followed up and keep getting the same generic response, 'We are waiting for the confirmation from warehouse. Once we receive it, we will let you know.' This was over 3 months ago. I have sent numerous follow up emails and its a variation on the same generic response. Wish I had researched them a little more thoroughly before parting with my money.

Absolutely the most disgusting experience I have ever had on online shopping. The item was fake, damaged and probably worth $2.50 at the local market. The customer service was rude uninformative and it seemed like a three-year-old was reading my emails and responding. I will never ever purchase from them again and I am officially filing a report so that they can be punished and or exposed for their fraudulent behaviour.

I have ordered two Official Samsung Galaxy Clear view covers for my Galaxy Note 9 and Galaxy S9+ . I have received two fakes covers branded AIcase. I have send to seller the photos of received covers and requested a full refund buth nothing! Go away from this seller!

Got sent wrong item.
When I complained they said they said I could keep the wrong one and they would contact the warehouse to arrange the correct one to be sent. A month later and several emails the warehouse hasn't responded so they're obviously not planning to send me the correct one. I'll have to get my credit card issuer to make a chargeback.

Do not buy from this seller. Ordered from them and my product arrived on the 29th day of their 30 day guarantee. It did not work and was counterfeit. When I reached out for a refund, no response. They are frauds.

These people are frauds! Do NOT buy from this vendor. They list brand name products and then send you knock-offs worth a tenth of the price you paid. There's a special place in hell for people like this.

They stole my money. I paid premium price for a case. When it arrived it was an extremely cheap imitation. When I tried to complain, they ignored me.
