I ordered the Jellycat Persimmon Dragon and unfortunately received a product that appears to be counterfeit.

The item I received had multiple inconsistencies compared to the authentic Jellycat product: a Chinese label, incorrect wing placement (attached too far back instead of closer to the front), rigid attachment of the head and tail instead of a soft, fluid plush structure, visible stitching on the head, and one wing already coming loose from the body. The overall quality was clearly not consistent with genuine Jellycat standards.

I reported the issue and provided photos. I was informed that a replacement would be sent, but months later I have received no tracking information and no concrete update. Customer service continues to say they are “waiting for the warehouse.”

This has been a very disappointing experience. Buyers should exercise caution.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - SCAMMERS! I ordered a Jellycat for my daughter and what they sent me was a pathetic attempt at a Jellycat. The material / product was anything but an official Jellycat. When I emailed them to complain they advised they would send a replacement - which I have never received - despite asking for a full refund and not a fake replacement. Since then have been fobbed off stating a replacement is being sent but nothing and no instructions for a refund.

After ordering and completing payment for my order, I received a mail the payment was not accepted. I tried the payment again. Then it turned out the company had pay me twice for the order. By doing so it appeared a second order of the same item had been created with payment under another company name! Mails explaining I only wanted one item and payment for a second time was due to incorrect information of Phonetabletcase about the first payment, were not properly read and answered. They say two items ultimately were delivered. That is NOT the issue. What it's all about is false information that resulted in me paying two times for the one procuct I wanted.

DON'T USE THIS FRAUDULANT COMPANY!They are nothing more than a scam middle man.

The order was actually fulfilled from the UK(not international as they charge on the P&P) however the wrong product was supplied. Their 'customer service' then want you to return the product to Hong Kong as your own expense so a £30 mouse(plus £10 P&P) costs £20 to return. so you are down £60 with no item and then waiting for a refund.

Google very nicely put them forward as a legitimate supplier - dont be fooled.

Ordered 2 backpacks for kids. The product design was poor and unsafe for children (strap posed a safety risk), and the items did not match the images shown online.

I contacted them multiple times over several months requesting proper return instructions. I was ignored and repeatedly refused clear guidance.

I have since seen many similar complaints. Based on my experience, this company appears unreliable and does not operate with basic consumer-protection standards. I strongly suggest all ppl in UK use the CHARGEBACK scheme with your bank to get your money back as I did.
This matter can be escalated to the Hong Kong Consumer Council and Hong Kong Customs & Excise (for investigation into misleading and unsafe products

My Oder was never delivered and they refused to offer either a refund or replacement

I ordered an NBA sweatshirt for my son, with the NBA logo in the description. I received a sweatshirt without the NBA logo, 100% polyester. It's a shame I paid €30 for such a piece of crap... I don't recommend buying from this website. For eight months, they kept telling me they were waiting for a response from the manufacturer. Of course, there's no way to return it, and a year after purchase, no one is responding to my emails. Scammers!

Definitely a scam bought a bluetooth ear piece got sent a used wrong type.

FAKE FAKE FAKE - Ordered a Jelly Cat panda - Item is clearly FAKE - does not resemble the original item - which I have. do not buy - be aware. Returns are not viable as it at cost. Should not be the case if they are selling fake items. SCAM site.

Ordered a jelly cat over a month ago, it arrived and is not the specified size or quality, definitely a fake. Contacted customer services the same day and complained, was told I could return but it would be at my cost. Still arguing with them now. If I changed my mind fair enough but as its defective, they should be dealing with this. Will cost me more than the item to send it back!

Purchased a Stanley love shack. It’s a knock off. The pattern is off print, Stanley logo not in the correct spot and the lid doesn’t seal. I’ve messaged them directly. No response. What a surprise

Ordered a Jelycat Original toy for a birthday present. The pictures depicted the correct item, but that received, 4 weeks later, isn't badged/tagged correctly and is a fake saying just 'made in china'. emailed to ask for a refund/refund label for return, as not what I ordered. They email to say sorry and if I returned it, (no address given), at my own cost then they would issue a refund. still no return address. I allege a total SCAM - avoid wholly!

Brought a Jelly cat, but received a Jelly cat which had seemed to have been in an accident. I would love to show you pictures. The one i ordered was pretty and had a pumpkin as a stomach and a little pumpkin har. The one i received looked like a Teddy bear in a red costume.

I have placed aqn order with this company twice. Both times they sent me the wrong item. I have asked for them to send me the correct item. The response is the sasme each time... "We will check with our warehouse to see what happened". After no reply, I send the same request again and get the same reply!

I am disgusted with the product was meant to be sent a Jellycat fuddle highland cow
And got a cow that look like it was out of a charity shop
Will never be using these again

DO NOT BUY their products. They advertise the WRONG PICTURE and description of the product, send the wrong one, then will not accept accountability for their malpractices. They will NOT COVER COSTS BACK!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! I ordered 2 jelly cats 5 days ago now I know the standard delivery is “5-12 days” but the email I received just was not giving a legit email something was not right with it so I looked into it more to find this page and see nothing but bad reviews £40+ down the drain

If i could give Zero stars i would. I bought some earphones for $150. They took around 4-6 weeks to arrive, when they eventually came, only one worked, the other was dead and would not charge.
I explained the issue thoroughly in an email and after a long wait for a response they came back asking me questions i had already answered or that made no sense.
I've now emailed multiple times and the last 3 responses have repeatedly asked me if i've reset the unit, even though it's dead and won't charge.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! To begin with, I didn't know that this product came directly from China, because I have bought this Bluetooth Plantronic 3 times here in the USA and I haven't had any problems. 2 months ago I lost it and I bought it from this company thinking of getting the same one, but it turns out that they sent me a Jabra that I didn't request. I have been complaining for over a month now and all they tell me is "Once an update is available, we will update you then" and to this day I haven't gotten anything positive.
