The order was dispatched very quickly. I received two items that were incorrect, but I contacted customer service, who were extremely quick to respond and very understanding. They sent the correct items straight away. I repotted my plants as soon as I received the items (plant pots, aroid soil mix, stakes) – everything is of very high quality. I can’t wait to see the results on my Monstera Variegata. I recommend Sybotanica for their fast order processing, the quality of their products and their professionalism.

Première commande. Entièrement satisfait, les produits sont de qualité (pots, Sphagnum et Fine Mineral Mix pour moi) et livraison vraiment rapide.

Mais je tiens à souligner la rapidité, la réactivité, le professionnalisme et la bienveillance du service client.
Ayant commandé 15L de substrats minérales, j’ai eu des pots qui se sont malheureusement cassé dans le transport. En 24h une nouvelle commande de remplacement de ces pots était lancée. Avec des réponses au mail en moins de 15min la plupart du temps.
Je recommande absolument ce site!

First order. Completely satisfied — the products are high quality (pots, Sphagnum, and Fine Mineral Mix for me). And a very fast delivery.
But I especially want to highlight the speed, responsiveness, professionalism, and kindness of the customer service. Having ordered 15L of mineral substrates, some pots unfortunately broke during shipping. Within 24 hours, a replacement order for those pots had already been placed. With email replies in under 15 minutes most of the time.

Sybotanica has a great customer service, when i had a small problem with my order it was rectified very fast and service was friendly and helpful. I have ordered from them many times already and everytime the shipment has been not only in great condition but not even once has something been missing. They have fair prices considering what they offer, Sybastones are pratically eternal when used right and the quality of their soil mixes has been excellent. Also they always put in something nice extra when your order more. I have almost 70 plants using different Sybotanica products now and they are all thriving. Some have asked why i dont use local Finnish products? The reason is simple, they are no match to Sybotanica in quality or in ease of use :)

The product is high quality. The packaging of the product is perfect 🙂. You can open and close the package again, so if you don't use it all, you can safely leave it for another time.

The planters look fantastic, the materials feel very high-quality, and everything arrived well packaged. Repotting my plants was smooth and easy, and since then they’ve been thriving — they really seem to love their new setup.

There was a small issue initially, as four pots were missing from the delivery. However, the customer service team reacted immediately and handled everything in a very straightforward and professional way. The missing items were shipped without any complications, which I truly appreciated.
