I have ordered two types of soil – one for cacti and one for aroids and I’m really happy with both. The ordering process was simple and convenient, and the delivery was fast.

The soil itself is great quality. Each mix already contains everything the plants need, so there’s no need to add anything extra. I especially like that it already includes fertilizer, it is very convenient and saves time.

Overall, a great experience. I’ll definitely order again!

The only thing that's really disappointing is the DPD delivery service...

I never had any succes in keeping my house plants alive. I decided to order soil specifically suited for each plant. I noticed huge differences between the different types of soil, so I hope my plants will enjoy. The packaging is nice, its resealable and therefore easy to store.

Everything was fine untill it wasent. Something happened to the package and over a week ago i got a message that the post said it was lost and i needed to contact Sybotanica since its only them who can claim a dispute on the package.

I sent them a message or acctually several and no respons. I waited over 48h from the first message and then i started a claim on the order.

Had to PRY information from the postal service about the package, apparantly it was found damaged and all the content missing.

I do not blame Sybotanica for what happened to the package in the care of the post. What i blame them for is that its been over a week without a respons.

I dident ask for compensation for the trouble just what i ordered thats still all i want. But it cant be fixed without getting in touch with costumer service on Sybotanica and they have not been reachable.

The day after i got the message about the package was missing i recived an automated message to leave a review on trust pilot. I thought great ill do that but ill give them time to resolve the issue. So now when its been more than a week im leaving the review.

It seems that everyone that leaves high reviews do not experiance issues so the store asking for reviews on mass seem to mask the part that some parts of thier store do not work. Upp untill now i considered shoping here again, now im not sure.

Since they responded to my review here and said more or less that they had or where in the process to sort things for me. I was not able to find a feature here to respond. Well, i sent on the 24th a new email to them that was friday and as of now monday i have not recived a respons. I have however recived 2 different addverts so im able to recive thier emails and it not going to spam.

Seems like the respons here was a deflection.
Seems like the store is great when nothing bleeps upp but when you need access to help via the Costumerservice dont expect any. As of now im expecting no respons from them at all and that klarna bank will have to step in. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that all of the problem was due to postal companies but since the CS will not even respond more than to defend on trustpilot its malicious. Bare in mind klarna have paused the payment so they are out the product and havent goten thier cash. Unless they got reimbursed from the postal service.
In the respons they said an investigation had to be done and i accept that but keep the costumer in the loop.

Bare in mind they ask for reviews here on trust via an email. They insentivices that with the chanse to recive the payment back. IE they are paying for good reviews. To flood the system and inflate thier rating. Im guessing that if they dident send people here the rating whould be more like a 3. Most people get a positive experiance since nothign bleeps up.

I have nothing to complain about, really. They have great options for all different types of houseplants, I especially appreciate the cacti and the orchid mixes. But also if you want to mix your own soil, they have all the different components you could need.

It's a pleasure to shop at Sybotanica; they have a great variety of products to give your plants the best. The 36L bag of Sphagnum moss is fantastic value and a good quantity of long, healthy strands of moss. It arrived quickly, well-packaged, and fresh. After removing a few sticks and bits of straw, it's ready to use on all the Aroids in my collection.

Really good spanghum and other mosses, top quality soil for my houseplants, terraria and flesh eating plants. Self watering pots were goid quality as well. Also a very informative website. Will definately order again.

Great products! My plants love the aeroid mix and alocasia mix. I just changed the soil again after winter and they are growing new leaves already after a 1,5 weeks!

Great products, fast delivery considering these are coming from continental Europe and it might take a while. Got a lovely free gift - seeds with my last order, which is a nice touch. Will be coming back!
