Great value for money with a discount code. Over 2kg of sweets for less than £20. Evri delivery was late but Sweetzy customer service were very helpful. Only criticism is with the sweets themselve... See more

THIS WILL BE THE LAST I BUY FROM HERE
If I could give the no stars I would. I'm so disappointed. Ordered on the 3rd of January this is now the 15th and my order still hasn't arrived. They ship through evri which everyone knows is the worst company to deliver goods. The goods haven't even been attempted to be delivered and sweetzy aren't willing to refund until evri reply to them which they haven't. I think its fair to say I won't be using this company again as I feel they aren't taking action nor responsibility for lost goods. This was birthday presents that haven't been recieved I'm not happy at all.
Ordered the advent missing day…
Ordered the advent and extreamly disappointed day 2 NO SWEETS!!!
I emailed to inform them to be fobbed off with they may have shifted due to delivery. (assured them I didn't believe they had as felt around under the other doors. Let us know if anymore days missing. I emailed back after Christmas to inform that they hadnt shifted. No communication from customer services.
We had a very disappointed child!
Also the plastic to keep the sweets separate was clear so you could easily see sweets which were coming up.
Gave customer service time to resolve but they havent so 1 star shame as overall we liked trying something different but for the price, missing bag and not a really sweet suprise.
Look elsewhere.
Liars with terrible customer service
I was recently looking to place an order, and I saw that unlike most other online sweet shops who were closed over Christmas/New Year, Sweetzy were open for business and advertising 24h fast delivery, a big red banner at the top saying "ORDER NOW FOR FAST DISPATCH" and saying all orders are dispatched within 24h. So I placed an order on Tuesday 30/12, but several days later on Friday 02/01 I'd still not had any notification from Sweetzy about my order, so I emailed to enquire about it. Customer services straight up didn't care and just said "it'll probably be dispatched on Monday", which is 144 hours after the order was placed, so only a scant 120 hours later than they promise on their website. On top of that, when I replied expressing my disappointment over the late dispatch, I received no response at all - no apology, no offer to make it right, nothing, just completely ghosted. I've ordered with these guys a couple of times in the past but after this I'm not touching them with a barge pole, and in fact I'll be looking into whether or not this can be reported to trading standards or the ASA for false advertising.
Avoid at all costs, there's plenty of competition out there, and hopefully they're a bit more honest than these charlatans.
Never again
I’ve been ordering from this company for years now, for different occasions, spending hundreds of pounds in the process. I’ve recommended them to family members and friends. My latest order was placed on 21st December. On their website they have a graphic saying ‘fast dispatch as standard’. I assumed therefore (and based on my previous experience) that the order would be dispatched within the next few days. It wasn’t. I emailed customer services and the person who responded just insisted that they made no guarantees at all with regards to delivery and that only orders placed next day with DPD were dispatched in that timeframe. I pointed out that the notice on the website says ‘as standard’. It doesn’t say ‘fast dispatch only when you order with next day delivery’. Not only that, but the person told me my order would not in fact be dispatched until the 29th. In nobody’s world is that considered ‘fast dispatch’. In fact it’s completely the opposite, even accounting for the Christmas break. Incidentally, all I asked for, from customer services was a refund of the £4 delivery cost I paid. They refused. On that basis, I will never be ordering from this company again - there are plenty of alternatives out there offering the same selection of sweets, and (hopefully) a better quality of customer service.
Terrible service and poor customer service
I have been buying from Sweetzy for many years now (5/6 years+), however, I will not be doing this again. I ordered 2 pick and mix bags as gifts, the dispatch was really slow and when the parcel arrived the box was wet and damp which had soaked through into the items. I contacted the customer service team straight away with photo's to request replacements and I would dispose of the damaged parcel, however it was requested I sent the parcel back to them and provided confirmation, only then they would resend my order. I’m not sure why they would want back pick and mix which was damp and wet, my guess is that they will reuse them for other customers🤮🤮. I sent my confirmation of return and asked for my order to be resent, about 5 days later still no dispatch email for my replacements. Therefore, I requested a refund and ordered elsewhere.
Awful company
Recently purchased a mystery box. The variety on the website looked very good, especially for a £15 one. When it arrived the box was broken and all that was in there was a big bag of sweets, 2 small one's and a drink. Disappointed and the website is very misleading! I emailed the company and they didn't really care!

Was sent half a Christmas tree with no branches or topper due to a supply issue. I would have liked to be notified and had the option for a refund instead of being handed 5 little bags of sweets free as an apology.
The tree is not a tree without the branches so totally disappointing as this was a gift. You have lost a customer…

Ordered a mystery box which sounded like it would have good variety. I got 1 large bag of sweets, 2 smaller bags of sweets and a can of pop. The sweets all looked very similar. I was disappointed with this. Opened one of the smaller bags to try them and they tasted as bad as they looked. Cheap and nasty. Waste of money.
Recently purchased the advent calendar…
Recently purchased the advent calendar after buying from Sweetzy for years - will be my last order as they have clearly changed supplier and the sweets now taste cheap and have a weird taste (as well as being far chewier and sometimes just hard). If you used to buy your sweets from here, you may need to find somewhere else online!
Poor Customer service
Sweetzy sent my parcel to my billing address instead of my delivery address. Would not accept liability for the error. Refused to raise a claim because Evri "successfully delivered" the parcel. They did not. They left the parcel on the step and didn't care that nobody was in the home to receive it. When I finally realised the error had occurred and travelled to the address they delivered it to... There was no parcel on the step as was shown in the parcel delivery photo taken. So no parcel, no refund, no customer service. Absolute joke! Watch out for "Millie" as they typed "Sweet Regards" at the end of an e-mail, where they had told me that Sweetzy weren't going to help me with the issue. Very ignorant, arrogant and unprofessional behavior from a customer service representative. Never again! Poor show. AVOID. (Update) Office Manager contacted me and admitted the mistake was a problem at their end. Apologised to me and has created a new order to the correct address. Very happy with the resolution and will delete this review and add a new review, if and when I receive the goods (if all is well with my order.)

I’ve ordered few times in the past from sweetzy. This time round most them in the bag are cheap and tasteless
Ordered for a birthday gift and evri…
Ordered for a birthday gift and evri have shown proof of delivery in their car parcel is no where to be found though all sweetzy keep saying is it’s been delivered at the location I couldn’t care less Iv not got the parcel and I’m now out of pocket twice as I have had to order elsewhere for the birthday! Iv contacted Evri too and I’m now contacting my bank for charge back what a joke avoid at all costs they steal your money
Very poor quality sweets
Paid for next day delivery, took 4 days to arrive. Been buying sweets from sweetzy for a number of years and the quality of the sweets are very disappointing. Taste very cheap and inedible, I have never binned sweets before. Unfortunately this was my last order.
Really disappointed
Bought the advent calendar for my daughter who hates chocolate but loves sweets. It was a big cost for us. I have to say so far we are disappointed. The first 2 bags (most notably the sour wild strawberries) had the most revolting strong aftertaste. I can only describe it as antiseptic or plastic . My daughter and husband both said the same. We eat a lot of sweets in this household so we're used to fizzy/sour flavours- these just tasted awful. This morning we found 2 bags- because one had fallen from the window above. Watermelon liquorice- with a layer of granulated sugar in the middle where they weren't made properly, just not a nice sweet at all. I understand this is all personal taste but we were expecting good traditional favourites. I'm really hoping this calendar is not filled with all the company's least popular sweets!
Cheaper Brands Used, Smaller Sizes & Less Tatsee my…
It's been a couple of years since my last order. The sweet quality & size has unfortunately changed, but the price hasn't. The sweets I ordered are now embarrassingly small compared to a while back. This is most likely due to cheaper branded sweets being used compared to a few years ago. The fizzy cherries, sour dummies and fizzy strawberries are about the same size now as a 10p piece, for example. The previous quality brands used were fragrant & much larger. I appreciate a business is to make money ... but sometimes quality is more important that quantity. I'd rather pay a bit more and have better quality standard size sweets that have a nice taste. But that is just me personally, each to their own, The positive though, is that there are many other sweety online shops that can offer the quality brands and choices I would like again.
Word or warning DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS…
Word or warning DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOI HAVE BEEN WARNED!! Placed an order they use Evri as the courier and Evri has delivered it but left it on my doorstep on show, this was then stolen. Contracted them and spoke to William who has refused to refund or replace them without evidence they were stolen. I have now had to contact my bank to setup a chargeback for goods I have not received £42 out of pocket. Seems like this company has seriously gone downhill from other reviews. I run my own business and have thousands of customers and will most definitely be spreading the word not to use them!! Plenty of better online sweet shops out there to use and have a better sweet range.
Misleading price on pre-orders.
Misleading price on pre-orders.
In July I pre-ordered multiple advent calendars at ‘lowest price they will be’ as advertised on their page on Facebook( still got the screenshot, shame I can’t post). To find out that even before December has started, they have dropped £5 each.
As a previous repeat customer I won’t be ordering from them again. Feel robbed.
Awful Customer Service
Awful Customer Service
I ordered an advent calendar for my son, it was sent with Evri and was on its way until Evri tracked it as being larger than expected and they needed to return it to Sweetzy, this was on the 18th Nov, I contacted Sweetzy who told me to wait until it arrived back with them, it still hasn't arrived back with them and I emailed them on 24th Nov to state I was worried I wouldn't have the replacement with me in time for the 1st Dec, I've received no contact back and they are in no rush to solve my problem, a problem that shouldn't be my concern.
To add to the frustration I'm then told they had put on the wrong postage, listed as a small parcel hence why it was returned! Do not purchase anything that you need for a certain date, if things go wrong they don't rush to solve problems!!!
Greedy company
Didn't recieve my sweets after spending £17! Terrible customer service . They don't want to replace them after mine went missing. You've lost a loyal customer. Greedy company
100% Recommend!
Very fast delivery! Exceeded my expectation. Would definitely recommend! Great size and price!
