I placed an order almost a month ago but, I never received it. I was told it would be replaced but, it wasn’t. It’s difficult to get a response to emails. So, they have my money, but I never got my order. My original order was placed on 12/24, today is 1/19…still no order and no replacement order.
Love the Swedish bubs candy mix! Fresh and delicious. Customer service has been great in communicating with me regarding a special order of just black licorice. They seem to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Will definitely order from their website again!
