The house bed we waited for over 2 months, although website states delivered in a week.
My kid slept in the bed not over than 3 months, the house bed broke up, disassembly by itself. We are afraid to sleep in it again. Low quality, not solid, not safe for children.
We wrote an email to customer service on 30.1.2024 at 14:38, there is NO any reply until today from customer service.
We do NOT recommend to buy from this website. They have lots of ads online, we are regret and helpless.

Not easy for assembly, holes and screws are not precisely done and it requires a lot of force for assembly.

Too much use of glue for many joints.

Drawer is too shallow and does not have any guiding lines, its free running on the flor.

The bed is exactly what we were looking for. Easy for my daughter to get in and get out. Very beautiful and strong materials. The only thing that you need to have in mind, is that the assembly is quite time consuming and has many parts. Hopefully you only have to do it once!

Beautiful bed, my son really loves it. The only downside was the length of time for delivery but that could have been because we ordered just before the summer holidays which things slow down in general. But lovely bed!

The bed is beautiful. Well made and good quality. I waited longer than it says on the website but they answered all my emails. I recommend ordering but be patient for your order!
