Evaluating purely for customer service

Evaluating purely for customer service. Subscribers beware - the sub confirmation email was sent at 11pm and then when I contacted customer service to request a cancellation since it hasn’t shipped yet because there was no shipment confirmation email and it was just 12hrs after confirmation, they told me that it has shipped and sent me a tracking link. Tracking link had no history of shipping label and actually came up as “no results found.” They kept on telling me that it was already sent out and that was that. No returns either.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we are very sorry for the miscommunication. Our subscriptions are processed at midnight EST. Our warehouse staff works hard to have orders packaged and sent out swiftly. The tracking link is generated once the order has been packaged and labeled. If the information is looked up within the first 24 business hours, it is possible to get a "no results found" as the package has to be scanned by our shipping partners for the information to be displayed. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns to ensure the safety of our users. Our reminder emails go out 48 hours before subscriptions are processed to allow all our members to skip, postpone, or change their orders. We do hope to hear from you so we can assist you further.

they lied about pausing my subscriptions

I like the lashes and their glue, and all their new products. HOWEVER, a while ago I tried to access my subscription page to make sure it was paused. I could not access the page so I reached out to customer service via their chat. They told me they were having a tech issue with the subscription page, but assured me my subscriptions had been paused/canceled. I even received a confirmation email. I did this because I don't need lash orders every other month. I wait about 7 to 8months. So, then WHY did I receive an order for October? It seems a bit of a scam and unfair that I was charged when their subscription page was down and they told me the orders had been paused. I do not appreciate being lied to, and it feels like a scam that the page was down so I couldn't access it to cancel or change anything so now I'm forced to eat this purchase I did not authorize, and it's not cheap, it's over $130. This is what I sent "I only want the one time purchase until I'm ready to order again. How do I fix it so i don't get charged again next month?" I specified I wanted only a one time purchase. I don't order every other month, I usually wait about 8 months because I simply do not need lashes that often. Which is why I try to stay on top of my subscriptions. Very disappointed in my experience and that their customer service did not do their duty to honor my request for a one time purchase.

This company is the best

This company is the best! Customer service is top notch and can't be beat! Shipping is always fast and prompt! Lashes are awesome! So many varieties to choose from and the prices are the best around. Hands down a better product and company than a lot of others out there.♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
