Just another low quality "financial operator" who closes accounts without reason or without warning. Garbage. Avoid, and don't waste your time with them or you will regret giving them your details or your personal information.
Now I feel seriously threatened and worried because they've closed my account without warning and without reason, with one abrupt email message.

So far I’ve been waiting almost a week for my transaction. Constantly saying processing event tho they say 2 business day only. I’ve sent multiple emails and I got nothing back. Everything about this site is dodgy and weak. I want my money!!!

Invasive
At the time of writing this, I have been waiting 6 days for my withdrawal. At this point, I have written to them to request a refund of my transaction.
I understand that the necessary due diligence is needed for KYC/AML purposes. However, the process is EXTREMELY invasive and time consuming. On top of this, after providing significant documentation and waiting days, the compliance team misread the documents and now even more time is being wasted. I have provided hundreds of documents which is ridiculous that are needed.
I had heard great things, hence switching to SwapIn. Has been disappointing to say the least. Hoping for a swift conclusion to this situation and will update the review as time goes on.

So far so good (no longer works on mobile)
Update: No longer works on mobile, now a desktop is required to make a payment. I found about this the hard way being stuck on a trip with no access to a laptop to pay rent just a mobile which was stressful.
Dropping to 4 stars, the service is useful still but this is a bummer.
Very useful service that works so far perfectly. Verification took several days (with a weekend in between). I've already paid rent and other transactions and it works very well the transaction arrives fast (same day). Being able to pay rent to a local bank account straight from my connected Metamask wallet is incredible.

Pays out exactly as you would expect
I tested the site with 20 dollars and although advertised as 5 mins to reach my account it took a couple of hours, however there was no fuss I got exactly what I was expecting. Great if you need some cash that's for sure.
