Rates are a bit low
Rates are a bit low. For paying out 700$ I basically had to pay over 20$ in higher exchange rates. Other than that pay outs always arrive in a couple of hour. So rather quickly.

As you can see from my previous review here I had a bad feeling from the start about swapin and unfortunately, I was right!
As they said " a transfer will go into compliance review randomly" which menas they will choose if a transfer will be delayed 1 day or 1 whole week based on NOTHING. After that they require you some documents just to make the process harder and even though I provided them with what they required they still closed my account and STOLE 20.000 euros from me. They said they will send them to my original bank and my original bank reverted the transfer which means the money is still at their company but now they have not replied to my emails or anything like that. If you are interested to be frustrated and stressed about your funds because of the lack of communication and to lose them in the end then sure use SWAPIN.

In the past transfers have gone through…
In the past transfers have gone through in a matter of hours, this time it took 24 hours!
Plus when contacted I got no reply from the team so those 24 hours waiting was not good for my HEART!
Please tell me why it takes one customer in the UK to get funds into their bank account within an hour and another customer 10 bloody days!?
It's just not good enough and your team needs to iron out these gremlins in the system PLUS add a warning on the transaction page that the funds could take days to clear into the customers bank account?
