Excellent service from the engineer.

The engineer Craig Dixon was very customer focused and explained the changeover process and kept me informed throughout the installation.

Avoid at all costs

Absolutely shocking failed and failed to fix boiler on more then 3 attempts even though its the same problem then they fail to turn up, say they didnt know or wasn't booked in

Marie from sure serve energy services went above and beyond for my family given current serious health issue we were unable to have a smart meter fitted Marie sorted it for us so we could continue having hot water and heating with out a smart function tied to the meter 5 star service al round thank you

Owen Ward was the smart meter installation man, he arrived on time, professional and explained the job process, the installation was quick and little disruption was caused during the installation, very polite and professional part of the team.

Has a few issues actually getting an…

Has a few issues with an sottish power actually getting an engineer to come out but third time lucky with today’s appt which was no fault of today’s engineer. Stephen Howe turned up on time, completed the work, as well as a few additional pieces of work needed. He kept us updated to what he was doing, gave clear instructions on using the meter, was courteous and tidy. Very pleased with worked carried out today

Awful company!

Awful company! I'd rather not even give 1 star!
Meant to have my gas safety check with them and had it booked for after 3pm when I would be home from work. Somebody turned up at 1pm and because I wasn't home they capped my gas supply!! Told there's nothing they can do until I rebook my appointment, But told they can't guarantee they will come when I'm going to be home!!! So I could be without gas supply for god knows how long! Absolutely shocking!!
