Brilliant experience. The engineer, Dev, arrived on time. He fitted the new smart meter in a courteous and professional manner. He was polite and friendly and ensured that I understood what I needed to know. Could not fault the entire experience.

Sureserve arrived on Friday to replace a danfoss hpa2 actuator head which we are told they carry on their vans (basic part) when he turned up he had no part will have to order it from wolsly parts centre we are told his brother was so hi up in the company that he thinks it’s wrong not to carry parts
The engineer was more concerned about doing gas safety checks which is not due yet and quoting gas regs to me I told him I was also gas safe registered some time ago
Telephoned today been told still waiting for part (off the shelf at all heating suppliers) then told the part is now in stock the engineer that called said that the part could be dropped off for me to fit myself still waiting for a call back

The engineer that completed the work (Kevin Adams) was fantastic, he waited for me to get to him from work even though I was late, he was courteous and accepted my apology for being late, I hope all of the Sureserve engineers are as professional as Kevin.

The communication throughout the whole process of having my house insulated and a new heat pump and heating system has been first class. A special mention to the heating engineers Chris McCracken and David Smart who were top class. Very professional, tidy and worked really hard. Thanks for doing such a great job, I would recommend you to anyone looking for a new heating system.

Worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Can honestly say I’ve only ever had one person thats been alright to deal with. Staff are rude and love to leave a mess and leave feaces around the toliet, 11.5 hrs later job done, that’s right 8.05 am arrived and left at 7.45pm leaving me to clean up after them. They move things around without asking, basically showed no respect other than asking to use the toilet! However I would’ve sent them away to a public toilet if I’d know he wanted to poo! And didn’t clean it after, with suffering different medical conditions I’m now left in a flare up and barley being able to move, they also love to have all the lights on & windows open they did have someone arrive at one point to collect rubbish this person wow kicking the main door hitting hit shouting up, they definitely don’t behave professional and the attitude on them is worse then school kids and we know how they can be. If you can avoid this company is strongly recommended you do. And if you do need or want to complain they won’t even acknowledge it.

Worst customer service I have come across.After Sureserve took over from Swale heating we have had totally rubbish service. Firstly an engineer just turned up with no appointment, just as we were going out. Booked an appointment for 2 weeks time, stayed in all afternoon but no engineer turned up. Phoned them to be told he couldn't make it. No communication from the engineer or company. Rebooked another appointment 8.00 til 12.00 this morning, no one turned up, no phone call from the engineer or office. Phoned the office at 11.30 to be told he can't come until tommorrow.
Stopped my service contract as of today.!!
I don't believe the Trustpilot reviews saying they are any good.
