I signed up to use one of Superace's sister sites, UPDF, where part of the deal was receiving their newsletter. The software wasn't what I needed, so I unsubscribed. All well and good so far. The trouble occurred when I a week letter received another newsletter. Odd. After a few weeks of unsuccessfully unsubscribing, I wrote their customer support, who "helped me out". We're 3 weeks past that point now and I am still receiving newsletter. This level of incompetence is astounding to me. This should be as simple as removing me from a list, but alas, their system works in ways I, and apparently they, too, don't understand.

Putting up this 1-star review as an example of my experience, and motivation for them to get their things in order.

This is worst product. I purchased as wanted to use for PDF to excel conversion. Conversion is happening but only partial data is getting converted
