My experience with this company was extremely disappointing.

One of the people I dealt with, Alina (or a similar name), presented herself as a developer or director and gave the impression that the work was being carried out by professional developers. However, based on what I personally observed during the project, a significant part of the actual work appeared to be generated by AI rather than properly developed and reviewed by an experienced developer.

Using AI as a development tool is not the problem by itself. The problem is presenting a service as professional development while, in my experience, the actual technical work did not reflect the level of expertise I was expecting or paying for.

The technical understanding I experienced was extremely poor, requirements had to be repeatedly explained, and the overall process was frustrating and time-consuming.

If you are considering working with this company, I strongly recommend asking exactly who will actually develop your project, what their technical qualifications are, and how the work will be reviewed and tested before paying for anything.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would not work with them again.

I completed cybersecurity work for this company under an hourly Upwork contract.

During the contract, Upwork was unable to charge the company’s payment method. Upwork confirmed to me that the contract was automatically paused because of the client’s billing issue, that the client’s account was restricted, and that the outstanding balance had to be paid before the contract could resume.

The company told me that the problem would be resolved within two weeks. Its representative then asked me to submit an invoice as an alternative, confirmed that it had been placed in the payment queue, and later gave me further assurances that payment would be processed. Despite these repeated promises, I was not paid.

I provided the security assessment deliverables, including the final report, through Upwork. I also repeatedly asked the company to settle the outstanding payment through Upwork. Despite documented promises of payment, the matter remains unresolved to this day.

Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend working with this company.
