Disgusting. Amounts to fraud. For a s23 a discontinued product they say its free...... but the sim costs 29.99 per week. Yes thats not an error on my part they want £119.96 every 28days for a sim and a "free phone"....... and this is spun out as a company that helps bad credit....... your then tied in to a three year contract. The phone will end up costing way over £3000 pounds when you could probably pick one up for less than £300 definitely needs investigating.

This is a rating based only on my application and order application only. And was easy and straightforward, even for me but as most of us know things can still F up or turn out not to be quite what we were led to believe. So so far PERFECT. So let's see if all is true then I'll leave 2 more reviews the next 2nd when,if, or delivery is smooth and completed. The 3rd review 1 month after delivery either happy and content with my new iPhone 14 or disappointed and angry saying run this place is coning you. So fingers crossed sunshine mobile or is it DARKSKIES MOBILE

If I could give zero stars I would, this company are just scamming people, so I signed up for a new phone the first payment should have been the 26th I should have received an email explaining the next steps so far no correspondence with the company but they have tried to take payments of £34.99 £7.99 and £1.99 think they do lower amounts incase they've tried to scam for to much, this has happened 27 times in the past 14 days luckily I have froze my card so it keeps getting declined as soon as they try. Unfortunately for me the first payment was not so lucky.

Absolutely scammers. I was charged for payment of £70 which I didn't set up and I rang and spoke to someone online who requested my refund will be processed and when I rang them up today I was told I can't get a refund because I complain to my bank as fruid. It wasn't set up as a direct debit and she told me there's nothing she can do about my refund.

They make out like it’s brilliant ‘Yours for only £34.99 per week’ £140pm for a contract phone is absolutely bizarre, Preying on the people with bad credit and ripping them off that’s what this is.
