Trying to say one of payment was late when it was not it was on line and now they are trying to say we are committed fraud when we not and it them that are committed fraud

As you are aware you consistently made payments late and so we agreed that this subscription is unaffordable for you, and subsequently refunded you in full.
We do not understand why you issued a chargeback for a payment when this was refunded to you in full, and so we provided this evidence to your bank, who then subsequently charged you for that fraudulent claim made.
This is not an accusation by us, this is your bank charging you for the claim you made, as I have stated we refunded you in full as a gesture to you.

Great customer service
I had a fantastic experience with this shop. They were incredibly helpful in working with me to find a financing option that suited me perfectly. The customer service was excellent—they took the time to explain all the available options and made sure I could comfortably manage the payments. I also appreciated how transparent they were about what would happen if I ever struggled to make a payment, highlighting their flexibility and understanding. New phone
Went into town today for a nose and spotted this store as newly opened. Popped in and spoke to a girl named Kelsey she showed me the phones they offer cause I told her mine had broke, she explained everything and got me set up on the iPhone 16! Can't wait for my new phone, if you're in Wolverhampton deffo go and see them.
