Glad I came to trustpilot before ordering. I figured something was off because the reviews on their website and "customer" photos all seem to be from instagram models or influencers who likely received the product for free to post a review, also all the reviews say basically the same thing. I am an individual consumer. Sunfere is a commercial company. Yet for weeks I have been deliberately stalled, delayed, and denied a clear resolution.
I ordered two dresses from the same website, using the same size chart, both labeled size L. The result is unacceptable:
• One dress is so small it is completely unwearable,
• The other is at least two sizes too large.
This alone proves a serious lack of sizing consistency, quality control, and basic professionalism. The fabric, stitching, proportions, and overall design do not match the website images at all.
On top of that, the dresses were delivered extremely late, making them entirely useless for my engagement.
For weeks, I have been sending emails, measurements, photos, and screenshots. Instead of resolving the issue, Sunfere keeps prolonging the process, continuously asking for more proof and forcing me to repeatedly “justify” myself as a customer.
This is not customer service — it is intentional delay and exhaustion tactics.
Although I am legally entitled to a 100% refund, I accepted an 80% refund purely as a gesture of goodwill. Shockingly, Sunfere has failed to finalize even this reasonable solution.
At this point, I was left with no option but to initiate a bank chargeback.
Only afterward did I realize that many other customers have experienced the exact same issues.
This is an exhausting, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating company to deal with.
Do not recommend. Avoid at all costs.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience and am leaving this review on principle, not because of the monetary value involved.
My order was placed on hold without my authorisation, which caused unnecessary delays. I was later required to pay return shipping costs despite the items being faulty, which is inconsistent with the business’s stated policy and Australian Consumer Law.
The blue outfit was defective, with visible tarnishing to the threads and failure of the lacing material. Photographic evidence was provided, yet my concerns were repeatedly dismissed.
Regarding the white set, I requested an exchange for the black set. Due to delayed communication, I placed a new order after clearly explaining the urgency, as the items were required for a wedding on 10 January. Despite this, the new order was again placed on hold without my consent. As a result, the replacement order did not arrive in time for the wedding, which was extremely disappointing.
Overall, this experience involved poor communication, unauthorised order handling, and failure to properly address faulty goods. I would urge others to be cautious before purchasing.

Fraud! Very disappointment regarding a recent order I placed SF20243126524. I ordered several dresses 8th January in what I believed to be my correct size (a UK size 10 standard), but unfortunately, the items I received were labeled as petite. This sizing discrepancy means that the dresses do not fit me at all.
have attempted to resolve this issue by requesting a refund or an exchange, but I have been informed that these options are not available. This has left me quite dissatisfied as the mistake was not on my part.

Fraud! Ordered on 02DEC2025, today is 16JAN2026. Merchandise never arrived, I sent 3 emails to official Sunfere address already, received an automated “today is weekend” reply, company is ghosting me for my subsequent other 2 emails, sent during business days.
I now opened a ticket with my credit card company, hopefully this company will get the punishment they deserve.

I ordered a dress for an occasion which turned up late, but when it arrived, the dress didn't fit at all. it was way too small for me. I have been emailing since the day i received the dress for advise on how to return the items for few days and i am getting no answers.
Please read the reviews before you buy from this company, it's relatively new (2022), and it seems like they don't like you returning any items so they deliberately ignore your emails.
I was wrong not to read the reviews before I purchased the dress. I am experiencing all the negative reviews that everyone else's has experienced.
Final warning please do not buy from this company. Order from your local company in your own country which offer you a friendly return.
Actually, when I ordered from this company I had no idea that it was in Hong Kong. I will never order from them again, i will stay with my local shops.
They aren't customer friendly.

Please don’t buy from this company unless you are really sure of the size. I bought 3 dresses and all of them were big for me. Contacted the company with around 10 emails with photos of dresses and the tag attached . There has been no response from them. So please don’t buy from this company.

I purchased from Sunfere for the first time, and it took 7 days for the order to arrive. The dress was beautiful, and I reached out to them on Instagram—they were responsive.
However, the second order I placed on 06-01-2025 has not been shipped yet until today 13/1/2026. I have repeatedly contacted them on Instagram—they see the messages but do not reply, and there is no response via email.

I placed my order on 30/12/2025, and as of today it still hasn’t even been dispatched. I’ve sent two emails and received no response at all.
This is incredibly frustrating because this is what I planned to wear for an important occasion, and I’m now stuck in limbo with no idea whether it will arrive in time.
