Poor service provision


This company needs to be reported for a lack of honesty and transparency on their website. The dress I received was of very poor quality and did not match the description. I contacted the company on the same day I received the item, however they have repeatedly used delay tactics in responding. Now that more than 15 days have passed, they are refusing to issue a refund. This behaviour is misleading and highly concerning, and I believe it demonstrates unfair trading practices. This is a very dodgy company and should be investigated.

I ordered a dress and went through the payment system waited some time to realise that my order had not been dispatched.
Only When I contacted the company did they then update me one of the dresses was out of stock, even though it still was showing in stock for two days after.
I happily chose another dress waited over two weeks for the said dresses to arrive to find one of them is not the colour listed on the order I ordered red and they sent a awful pink , both dresses are tiny for size
( I ordered both dresses one size bigger than I actually am to ensure large for size so could take them in if needed )
Quality is average
Sizes are very small
Colour was incorrect
Waiting time was the longest I have ever waited.
Most certainly not a great impression as a first customer.

Disappointed with customer service

I ordered a lovely red dress on the 24th of Nov and received it a week after which was impressive but it was too small so I ordered a bigger size XL and emailed as advised on their website to return the size L but unfortunately after that it has been downhill with their customer service. I have sent numerous emails and DMs asking how and where to return the L but i have had no response. I am beginning to think that it’s been done on purpose so I won’t be able to return it and get my refund. I trusted them and ordered a bigger size which I am waiting for to arrive so why am I not been treated as a valuable customer. I am so disappointed 😞
