However, please note that international returns can take time, especially due to customs processes. If there are any customs issues, this may result in further delays. Our quality check typically takes 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. We will proceed with sending your exchange dress or refund only after the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be in good condition.

To expedite your exchange, we recommend Option B, where you would keep the original item and pay the $39.99 USD exchange fee for a new medium-sized dress. This solution was offered to save you time and avoid the lengthy return process. The $39.99 USD fee is due to the fact that the dress you ordered is priced at $219 USD. We want to be transparent with you—this option is not the most beneficial for us either, but it has proven to be convenient for many customers who prefer to skip the hassle of returns and get the correct size quicker.

If this option doesn’t suit you or feels inappropriate, please feel free to disregard it and proceed with a traditional return for an exchange. We are here to support whichever choice you make.

Shipping Time: This is typically 4–8 business days (excluding weekends). However, due to the nature of international shipping, some delays can occasionally occur. Please note that the 4-8 business days estimate applies to the UK.

Your order is an international shipment, which typically involves two tracking numbers. The first tracking number is used to track the parcel from the country of origin to the destination country (in this case, Switzerland). The second tracking number, known as the "last mile tracking number," is used once the package arrives in the destination country and is handed over to a local carrier, such as DPD, for final delivery.

The tracking number you received is the last mile tracking number. Since the package has not yet been processed by the local carrier in Switzerland (DPD), there will be no updates on the tracking information at this stage. However, please rest assured that your package has already arrived at the airport and is currently awaiting the next flight to Switzerland. It’s still in transit, and we expect the tracking information to be updated once it is handed over to DPD for delivery.

We understand that waiting for updates can be frustrating, but please be assured that the package is on its way, and there is no issue with your order. To help put your mind at ease, we have already sent you the first tracking number (for the international shipment) via email, so you can track your package’s progress up until it reaches Switzerland.
