The quality of this blanket is exceptional, prompting me to buy one for my daughter after I had received one as a gift myself. The customer service was very helpful when I forgot to add a bonus item... See more

The worst customer service ever
The company is purely a dishonest company and scamming.
I returned the order under return HRRNN2LC. The 1st return was send back to me for no reason. I contact their customer service and ask why, they do not know and ask me wait for new label and it taking the whole week no reply. Then i have to check with fedex reuse the old return label, and taking pics of the box and receipt and drop off confirmation at fedex store. The return has been delivered over a month now. still no refund, they just saying we will wait hear from warehouse. A WAREHOUSE CANNOT HANDLE A SIMPLE RETURN OVER A MONTH!

Terrible customer service and unscrupulous company practices. I had one large order that was broken up into 2 shipments. The 1st shipment was lost by FedEx and it took 1 month of emailing back & forth with Fhaye from customer service to get a reshipment. Then, they never provided any tracking info for the second shipment and when I emailed about it, they suddenly said it was delivered. Of course, the package was nowhere to be seen since it had apparently arrived the day before but I had no clue about it since they had never given me a tracking number. They tell me to file a claim with FedEx in order to get my money back. In order to do so, I need their company address, phone #, and a waiver since I am not the sender of the package and normally, this would be something that they should be doing as the seller. Customer service has been giving me excuses for 2 weeks now regarding why they don't have the company address/phone number/waiver that I need to file a claim. "I am still awaiting this information from my team, please be patient, etc." How do you not know the address and contact info of the company which employs you? Does it really take 2 weeks to get this information? At this point, it is obvious that they are stringing me along and have no intention of rectifying their mistake or refunding my order. Our email thread has continued for one month now and is 32 messages long, still with no resolution in sight. Completely dishonest company. Avoid at all costs. Purchase from literally anywhere else but here.

There was myself, son, mom, sister and 4 friends that went to The Talk and received vouchers for $250 back in November of last year. Something was wrong with the vouchers and codes didn't work. It took over 3 months for myself and others to get codes. BUT MY SON HAD TO WAIT 5 MONTHS TO USE HIS, HE HAD TO SEND HIS BLANKET BACK TWICE AND JUST RECEIVED HIS REPLACEMENT AFTER 3 MONTHS OF WAITING AND IT SMELLS REALLY BAD. VERY TERRIBLE I WILL NOT RECOMMEND EVER ORDERING FROM THEM. ANOTHER GUEST FROM THAT DAY NEVER EVEN GOT A CODE TO USE

Love this brand, definetely the softest products you will get. I'm obsessed with their weighted blanket. Also, love their snug hoodie and their snug comforter.
