This company started spamming me

This company started spamming me. I never signed up for their newsletter. I asked them to cease but they continued. I complained they were acting contrary to GDPR laws but they ignored me. Avoid this company, they do not respect privacy or GDPR laws.

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever
The company is purely a dishonest company and scamming.
I returned the order under return HRRNN2LC. The 1st return was send back to me for no reason. I contact their customer service and ask why, they do not know and ask me wait for new label and it taking the whole week no reply. Then i have to check with fedex reuse the old return label, and taking pics of the box and receipt and drop off confirmation at fedex store. The return has been delivered over a month now. still no refund, they just saying we will wait hear from warehouse. A WAREHOUSE CANNOT HANDLE A SIMPLE RETURN OVER A MONTH!

Hi Zhou,

We’re so sorry for your frustrating experience with this return and for the lack of communication and follow-through on our part. It should never take that long to process a simple return or issue a refund, and you shouldn’t have had to chase us for answers.

Since the time of your order, we’ve made big internal changes: new leadership, better warehouse systems, and stronger customer service protocols. That’s not just talk, we’re actively fixing the kind of issues you experienced so they don’t happen again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. It’s feedback like this that has helped drive our improvements.

Avoid at all costs. Dishonest scam company.

Terrible customer service and unscrupulous company practices. I had one large order that was broken up into 2 shipments. The 1st shipment was lost by FedEx and it took 1 month of emailing back & forth with Fhaye from customer service to get a reshipment. Then, they never provided any tracking info for the second shipment and when I emailed about it, they suddenly said it was delivered. Of course, the package was nowhere to be seen since it had apparently arrived the day before but I had no clue about it since they had never given me a tracking number. They tell me to file a claim with FedEx in order to get my money back. In order to do so, I need their company address, phone #, and a waiver since I am not the sender of the package and normally, this would be something that they should be doing as the seller. Customer service has been giving me excuses for 2 weeks now regarding why they don't have the company address/phone number/waiver that I need to file a claim. "I am still awaiting this information from my team, please be patient, etc." How do you not know the address and contact info of the company which employs you? Does it really take 2 weeks to get this information? At this point, it is obvious that they are stringing me along and have no intention of rectifying their mistake or refunding my order. Our email thread has continued for one month now and is 32 messages long, still with no resolution in sight. Completely dishonest company. Avoid at all costs. Purchase from literally anywhere else but here.

Hi AD,

We're sincerely sorry for everything you've been through. The experience you described is not acceptable, and it’s clear we let you down repeatedly. Between the lost shipment, lack of tracking, and poor communication, you were left doing work that should’ve been handled entirely on our end and we truly regret that.

Since your order, we’ve had a complete shift in leadership and customer service protocols. These kinds of issues are exactly what we’ve been working hard to eliminate, and we’re incredibly sorry you experienced them.

We'd still love the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out directly to hello@sundaycitizen.co

Very bad customer service and replacement of returns

There was myself, son, mom, sister and 4 friends that went to The Talk and received vouchers for $250 back in November of last year. Something was wrong with the vouchers and codes didn't work. It took over 3 months for myself and others to get codes. BUT MY SON HAD TO WAIT 5 MONTHS TO USE HIS, HE HAD TO SEND HIS BLANKET BACK TWICE AND JUST RECEIVED HIS REPLACEMENT AFTER 3 MONTHS OF WAITING AND IT SMELLS REALLY BAD. VERY TERRIBLE I WILL NOT RECOMMEND EVER ORDERING FROM THEM. ANOTHER GUEST FROM THAT DAY NEVER EVEN GOT A CODE TO USE

Love this brand, definetely the softest products you will get. I'm obsessed with their weighted blanket. Also, love their snug hoodie and their snug comforter.
