The quality of this blanket is exceptional, prompting me to buy one for my daughter after I had received one as a gift myself. The customer service was very helpful when I forgot to add a bonus item... See more

Cotosen is a scam site. Clothing is non authentic and cheaply made. Poor stitching too. I tried to return nearly all the merchandise I ordered due to false sizes and Inaccurate description. I reached out and nothing. No emails or or anything. I strongly advise to not buy from this site. You will regret it.
Liz from the customer service team solved my delivery issue! We were emailing back & forth, trying to locate my order. She was ready to resend my order however that wasn't necessary, the package was found!
Her readiness to resolve my problem was greatly appreciated! I am looking forward to giving the hoodies as gifts!
I ordered pillows 13 days ago and they still haven’t shipped. No response from customer service after 48 hours.
SHOCKING....NO TOP SHEET!!!???
Do not a sheet SET from Sunday Citizen unless you are in the market for an incomplete set of bedding. The company's deceptive practice is a stain on their reputation and an absolute waste of your money. Save yourself the headache and purchase from a brand that doesn't feel the need to trick its customers.
This is, without a doubt, one of the most misleading product listings I have ever encountered. The listing promises a “Sheet Set," a standard term universally understood to include 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, and 2 pillowcases. What arrived was nothing more than a fitted sheet and pillowcases. A fitted sheet and pillowcases do not constitute a "set." It is a pathetic half-set, and the fact that you dare market it otherwise is a textbook example of false advertising. Look at the attached advertising picture...4 items....not 3!
This isn't just an oversight; it's a calculated deception. You're preying on the assumption that a customer buying a "sheet set" knows what they're getting. When the package arrived, I was shocked to find the single most important component missing. I spent hours of my time trying to resolve the issue and all I was offered was $12 off a very expensive top sheet!!!! What a Joke!!! It's so hard to get a hold of them!
Now, I am left with a very expensive unusable product and the hassle of returning it.
I ordered a chair and ottoman and received 2 ottomans. I reached out to customer service for assistance and provided photos of what I received. They said that they were working with the fulfillment team and I haven’t received a single response in 10 days. I like the quality of the ottoman and was really excited to write a good review for a small company but the customer service has been truly awful. I’d like to hope that they are still working on this but it’s really hard when I can’t get any response.
We ordered a chair with an ottoman, and they sent the wrong color for the ottoman. They kept putting me off in terms of setting up the exchange, and then just flat out ghosed me. I now need to set up a dispute with my credit card company.
Dishonest return policy. I ordered a duvet cover that noted 30 day easy return policy. The trim coloring on item is different than picture from website. When I attempt to return, I am being told item is final sale / outlet and cannot be returned. At no point in the order process was this item listed as final sale or outlet. It was ordered under Duvet and at time of order placement, the 30 day easy return policy is noted on order. Screen shots are available to back up my claims. Unable to speak with anyone on phone to resolve. I believe this is intentional.
This company has a very misleading return policy. Any item on any kind of sale is not eligible for return, but that policy is in fine print on another page. They do not indicate “final sale” or make it clear before purchasing that you cannot return the item
Be careful when buying. States easy returns but the website only makes exchanges easy.
Emailed company and they state no sale item is returnable yet the item I purchased said it was.
80.00 throw I purchased which they consider a sale.
I was a loyal customer to Sunday citizen and have purchased several items from them. Most recently, I purchased a comforter and sheets as a gift. The package never arrived. They can not provide me with a picture or anything that shows proof of delivery. Sunday Citizen refused to refund my money and said they will take no responsibility. There is no phone number to contact them so all you can do is email and when they don’t want to help they just don’t answer. Poor customer service, no loyalty to customers and no responsibility for your order! Not worth it

We had pillows purchased for us in February on our wedding registry. We received an order number but it never shipped. I’ve followed up with Sunday citizen four times but they have never completed the order. It appears as if they are stealing the money and not delivering the gift.

Nice quality poor customer service
I have always wanted Sunday citizen bedding. Bought some on sale for Black Friday. The experience was a nightmare
My bundle waa sent in the wrong size. So I chatted called text messaged. Finally got an email back and explained the problem. They were to resend order in correct size. Got a completely different set again no communication. I gave up
Tried to use my points to
Get what I needed and that is a farce as well. If you need help in any way with you order forget it. They never respond

I ordered two throw pillows and after opening neither inflated much after 24 hours (they are vacuum packed). Two days later one had expanded to about 40% of what their pictures show online and the other didn’t expand at all. After day three no changes. I contacted support who suggested placing them in the dryer for a few minutes. That didn’t make a difference either. I requested a refund and was forced to pay $15 to return a faulty low-quality product. Not worth the money!!!

In September I purchased a comforter from Sunday Citizen. The comforter sheds “fuzz” balls all over my sheets, in the dryer, and on my clothing when I am making the bed. Initially, I thought it might just need to be washed, but after several washes it continues to shed. I have contacted sundaycitizen by text, email, phone, and get absolutely NO un-programmed answer. I actually spoke to a rep named Rick, who said he was one of the designers at the company, but he never got back with me. i have sent in pictures, video, but still no response. This is the most unethical service department I have every worked with. Do no use this company…if you have a complaint you will NEVER hear from them.

I waited over 45mins for live chat then received a message saying it was closing (it’s 10:30am!). I texted - no reply. I emailed - no reply!
WTF!!

I purchased a comforter from Sunday Citizens which was a very easy process. It was delivered timely. However, when it was delivered it appeared to be opened as it was in a shopping bag that was so filthy I didn’t even want to touch it. The comforters are usually shipped in airtight seals, but this was not sealed leading me to think it was damaged or opened before arriving. I tried to contact Sunday Citizens, but there is no phone number to be found online. They state I can return it, but they will not cover shipping for returns. On top of all this, it was supposed to be a Christmas gift, which now I am not going to be able to give. I am so frustrated with their non-response and LACK of customer service!

Stop advertising products when you don't even have them in stock.

I’ve ordered several throws from Sunday Citizen in the past and they were excellent quality, worth the high cost, and have stood up in time. In July 2024 I ordered a comforter and two standard pillowcases. After two weeks I received no shipping information and reached out via email. All of a sudden I received a shipping confirmation saying all items were coming in one shipment Only received the comforter. Waited 5 days. Reached out to the email, tried to contact without ever being able to talk with a real person. Posted on their instagram about not receiving the pillowcases and asked how I get ahold a real person. The next thing I received was a text with shipping info. I think this company started out strong but either don’t really care and can’t handle orders. Very disappointed. I’m a bit embarrassed because I had, in the past, told many friends how great this company was although high priced, they were good. I will be hesitant to recommend them after this experience. They need to improve their shipping and customer service!

Buyer beware. I wish I was warned about this company before I purchased from them. I wanted to splurge and order their high end comforter to see what the hype was about. Within 6 months, my comforter’s threads started unraveling and the comforter itself started sagging horribly on all sides when draped on the bed, even after very careful launder care. I contacted customer service and while at first it seemed like they wanted to help, after a few exchanges they ghosted me. They told me they couldn’t find my order in their system and that it was “cancelled”. But I had an order number, an order confirmation, a receipt, a bank statement, and an actual product in my hands that proved to them that I purchased the product. Their customer service and operations are terrible. I am no longer getting assistance from them because of an internal system error on their end and I’m left with an unusable product that I spent hundreds of dollars on. It’s unfortunate that they have false advertisement and customer service that doesn’t back their brand and that they don’t treat their customers well. I so badly wanted to love this product. Now not only will I never purchase from them again, I will continue to spread the word to warn others not to purchase from them.
