Poor Customer Service / Items Missing
Poor Customer Service. bought an outdoor shed for almost 400$ plus with 250+ freight shipping. Delivery of the package is good no box damage but when i open and assembled it one part is missing. So called them and told them what's the issue and takes couple of weeks to delivered the missing parts. But the problem is they delivered a wrong different part its not fit .. i contacted them but no more reply..
bad buy
I bought shed suncast tremont through Walmart. I find out missing screws and bolts . Called Suncast to request missing parts. No promise will send overnight . Now I have half built shed due to Suncast lack of proper shipping procedures. I learned from my neighbor that his Suncast shed went through the same scenario too. My bad I didn't talk to my neighbor first.

I just want to thank Janelli (do not know if first or last name). She assisted me last week in regards to lost hardware (thrown out with packaging). She was ever so pleasant and truly helpful. I received the replacement hardware in a timely manner and now my deck box is usable. The product is great. I hope to enjoy for a long time.🙋♀️
Suncast/Craftsman shed
Got the 7 x 7 shed last February by September all 4 sides split top to botom. I can put arm through the split. Suncast is sending me all 4 corners but it takes 3 hours or so to assemble this shed. I'm not looking forward to put all that work into this shed again. Don't buy this shed.

Horrible Customer Service
I purchase 2 of the Suncast Club chairs with storage in May 2020. Both chairs came without any of the hardware to put the chair together. Getting through to Suncast Customer Service is a nightmare. After about 50 attempts the parts were ordered and I was told I would receive them in 7-10 days. No parts ever came so I called back in July 2020. I was told the logos were backordered and they would be removed from the order so I could at least get the bolts to put my chairs together. The logos came and still no bolts. In October 2020 I contact customer service again. The hardware to order the chair is backordered until November 2020. 6 months and I still do not have all the parts to assemble my chairs. I will not even be able to use them this year.
Don't waste your money on Suncast products
I have had their unit for 3 years and it is splitting apart in 2 places. And they are not honoring their 10 year warranty. Purchase a different brand or you may be sorry like I am.

I bough a hosemobile screw the hose on went to turn the handle and it broke the handle snap right off trying to call customer service is a joke waited 1 hour on hold and no one answer. I am going to try take this back to ACE hardware and get a refund and go with a more exspensive hose reel. the old saying is true you get what you pay for.

Good grief
Good grief! I actually finally got ahold of someone only to be transferred and no one picking up. When I call the 800 number it just hangs up due to high volume of calls (so it says in the automated voice) and is probably true cause the customer service sucks and the reviews prove it. I wish I had looked at the reviews cause now I can't finish this huge deck box I was excited about. I need screws and a lot of them. Screws, I mean it is an extremely important piece to all projects! The deck box is like 2 days from going back to Home Depot (which was no help at all in trying to help find a solution). SO very aggravating, frustrating and disappointing.
Refund nowhere in sight
The shed is fine. However, we ordered shelves from them online. Couldn't install them and returned them SIX WEEKS ago. Have had no contact, no refund, nothing!! We understand times are different now, but not even an acknowledgement of receiving them and/or processing refund. We are retired and that money is important to us.
Suncast 13ft x 8ft Plastic shed.
Recently received a Suncast 13ft x 8ft plastic shed and are delighted with the product.
Ordered from Elbec about 4 weeks ago as I was satisfied with their service when buying a summerhouse a couple of years ago.
Within a week of order confirmation, I was advised by the UK office of Suncast that the normal 10-14 day leadtime would be nearer 4 weeks due to Covid 19 disruption. They gave me an option to cancel but I accepted their offer of delivery w/c 18th May. Suncast contacted me the week before to advise a delivery date of 20th May - to be confirmed 19th. They called again on 19th to confirm delivery for the 20th and advise that the driver would call 1 hour before arriving. All worked as planned, delivery was on time by a friendly and efficient driver. The shed was in 3 large but well packed boxes that I had to break down to move from the front to my rear garden.
Installation details and diagrams were comprehensive rather than complex so needed to carefully follow. The sections/parts were well identified so assembly was relatively straightforward. Whilst I managed to do this with a little help from my wife, some of the panels were a little awkward due to their size/weight. Suncast do recommend this is a 2 man job - probably right!
I am extremely pleased with the quality of the finished product and are looking forward to the advantages of low maintenance and durability - hopefully it will look as good for many years to come.
Although, as I thought, the blow moulded panels do not have the rigidity of wood, in all other aspects the product is superior as far as I can see. It really does look great now its complete - I have added electrics and free standing racking.
In short, I think this product is excellent and would thoroughly recommend - I found Suncast a good company to do business with - they did exactly what they promised and I have exactly what I wanted!!
Don't waste your money
Bought a storage bench at Canadian Tire for $160. It's so cheaply constructed. There are plastic "hinges" that bend outside the box when you close the lid. The front panel was warped and couldn't snap together.
Horrible customer service
From what I have read, Suncast has excellent products IF nothing goes wrong. Well, something went wrong for us. First, the wrong nuts came with our kit. They would not fit the bolts for the 60 gallon deck box we bought. Simple fix, right? Just call the company for a replacement. I tried for two days to get through to them. On the third day and after a 30 minute hold, I reached a rep who ordered new nuts for us. Got the box assembled and now the spring loaded pump is wrong! I have attempted to contact Suncast again but no luck. SO frustrating. I will never buy another Suncast product again.
28 days and still waiting for parts
This review is a bit premature since I don't have the shed up yet, but I can share how well the companies customer service is. I have the shed boxed up on one side of my garbage with a bunch of missing or wrong pieces. On the other side of the garage is another box of what should be the replacement parts, instead it is parts for a guy in Canada.

Purchased a house reel that broke…
Purchased a house reel that broke immediately after setting it up. Contacted customer service who sent a new piece to supposedly fix the issue.......it didn't. Contacted customer service again who then said they would send me a heavy duty part which would now fix the problem. Of course it didn't. As soon as you turn on the hose the pieces pop out and you have water all over the place. Very poor product with obvious design flaw. Stay away from this product. Other suncast products seem to be good.

I wish I had seen other reviews before I purchased a suncast product. It came in with broken parts and it has now been almost two months, several phone calls to customer service, and still no replacement parts!! A management person named Charlene just hung up on me! Absolutely unacceptable. Stay away from this awful company, take your business elsewhere.
